How do you apply decals to cabinets?

They are peel off clear stickers that can be moved around until you are ready to press onto the cabinet. I have not try peeling it off after I stuck them on permanently so if you need to take them off to sell a house I wouldn't put them on the cabinet.

What are the dimensions of each piece?

Must be vary but the page measures 12" x 12".

I can’t figure out how to order white?

I don't think you can order the white. I used paint stirring sticks and painted them white
