Is this ok for making bread and cakes

It is very finely graded and works well for batters on oriental foods like chicken/prawn balls etc. The fine grade means that it does not soak up as much oil and stays crispy. I have not used it for cakes but the fine grade may make very light sponges or it could be too fine and not bind properly. Also I think this was really expensive when I bought it on here, it would be much cheaper from an oriental online food shop. Hope that helps.

Yes I think so! I am not an expert by any means but I have looked at Youtubes about cooking Chinese and this is the stuff they recommend for deepfried chicken balls etc. Ziang's site in particular says that if you use anything else it just won't come out right. I have used it and it works well. So there you are, I hope this helps!

Is this super white flour can I use to make bao buns with this?

It is finer than normal self raising flour but I have never made bad buns I like It for when I make Chinese chicken and pork balls which are better with finer flour.
