This was super easy, just followed the instructions and had this service installed onto hubby's smartwatch very quickly without a single phone call - used the automated online site, got a new # established and it was functioning within an hour or so. Hubby very happy, though instead of butt dialing he's accidentally called me twice (laughs) eating into his allotted monthly minutes. Provided the service as described and I can recommend, just don't assume you can use your regular mobile # as our Boost provider didn't even have a smartwatch plan to select. That works for us because it's powering a tool of convenience where he can make emergency calls or take photos or videos when out for walks, day trips, shopping, etc, doesn't need to be accessible to every contact - less distractions. I highly recommend this service for those who appreciate the communications convenience, but don't plan to make or take a lot of calls on it.

Received these and could not activate. Customer service said to call Amazon because there is no plan associated with this SIM and I was charged $120 for 2 blank SIM cards

Quick, easy set up. It works well in my smart watch. Up and running in just a few minutes. The instructions that come with the card are easy to follow as are the instructions on the website. Recommend.

I bought this for my baby boy hooked it up by following instructions waited for 24 hours for the service to work like they mentioned and two days later still no service it’s constantly telling me call aborted or insert sim car I called customer service never got an answer I’m so disappointed because I see so many great reviews up here smh.

Couldn't get it to work at first but one simple trip to the website and one email from support and it had my generic smart watch operating on it's own. Great for when a company tells you that you can't bring your phone to your job.

The reception is spotty and intermittent, as an example our son does not receive service within a 4’x4’ patch in the middle of our backyard. There are spots where he can make calls, but not receive calls. There are spots where he can receive calls, but not make calls. There were times when he could do neither from exactly same spot he did it the day before. The service reported monthly data allotment was used, but the account showed no data functions had been used. …It’s a great idea poorly executed and I cannot recommend the product.
