My garage floor parking target has moved 2 inches over this past year. How do I re-position it and re-secure it?

Pry it up with a Shovel and put on New Tape when you need to. Tape is available on Amazon. Roll Up to it very Slowly whenever possible and that can help keep it from moving/shifting. You can also Roll over your Target...another common parking method, which keep it from shifting/moving. I use this method in the back of my garage to let me know I'm far enough into the garage to close the door. I roll over the Target with my Front tire to align me R/L and then when I roll over it with my back tire, I know I'm far enough in the garage so that the door will close.

can you buy extra tape for it and does anyone know if you need to can you drill it .

You CAN buy extra adhesive tape to hold it to the floor. I’d suggest you try getting it when you order the parking block, either from Amazon or directly from the manufacture, as it will not cost additional to ship. If you are asking if it comes with additional markin\g tape\ for\ th\e top\ of it, yes, mine did, which permitted me to select what I anted on the top of the parking block. Hope \this helps.

Will this stick to an unfinished garage floor?

They are designed to stick to Cement Garage Floors...not sure what you mean by an unfinished Garage Floor.
