What is gsm of the paper in the inserts?

These refills are 100 gsm. Thank you for reaching out!

Is the A5 (21 x 15) format not available? They seem to have the holder available in the A5 format, but not the refills?

There are lined refills available from Wanderings now, Amazon code (B07JN2FH4C), with blank and dot inserts available approximately December 15, 2018. I hope this helps. Happy Wanderings!

Is the paper white or cream?

The lined page notebooks I bought where cream coloured paper, and the plain page notebooks are a lighter cream than those

Can these notebooks take fountain pen ink without feathering or bleeding?

I found that they do not bleed or feather, but you can see a VERY slight outline on page behind it, but still works very nicely.
