Definitely go for it! As a homebaker based in Mumbai, i recently faced a lot of fluctuation with temperature for my bombolini trials. However, this thermometer is amazing, i don't have to wait 10 mins for thermometer to display the temp. The quality is top notch and the thermometer is such an energy saver for my bombolini trials. I just leave the probe in the oil and the best part is that the thermometer has this timer as soon as it reaches the set temperature so u don't have to worry about overheating the oil I would recommend this to all the bombolini and donut maker

I've just started learning cooking, and I've noticed a significant difference in the outcome when cooking chicken or mutton with and without a thermometer. When I cook at the right temperature, using a thermometer, the results are noticeably better. It's amazing how cooking at the right temperature makes all the difference! Readability very good, sensitivity very good, durable as long as we follow the instructions which is absolutely understandable, value for money for those who need or love precision.

It comes with a flexible steel cable and a probe at the end which can be put into the Oven/OTG and door can be closed without kinking the cable. The alarm rings when the temperature reaches the set temperature. Increases efficiency in baking.

Works as advertised. It revolutionized our cooking. I used it for creating broasted chicken in a carefully temperature managed deep fryer. The chicken came out excellent. Use it regularly for baking cakes. I even tried American T Bone steak. Very useful if you are an obsessive cook. The only con, there should have been a mute button for the alarm when we use it as a temperature thermostat.

After 4 years of use in a semi-commercial setup (bakery), still going strong (after multiple falls). It just fell again today and once we put it back together, was working fine. Thats what prompted me to write this review. It's gone through a lot (handled by floured and wet hands) and been used as a timer and temperature checks of our ovens, even lost the cap of the probe for few months, but still shows the readings quite accurately. I just wish they didn't have the presets for temperature settings or at least had an option where it was not preset. But its not a big bother. Will recommend strongly, if they've maintained the quality. Thank you ThermoPro.

Great Product

This thing works great. I picked this up over black Friday to replace an old thermometer that had water in it. This thermometer is very nice and easy to use. I made a BBQ chicken with it today and it came out perfectly moist with the help of this thermometer. I'd recommend it for grilling or roasting any big cuts of meat like chickens, turkeys, brisket, etc. It really helps with ensuring proper cooking.

I bought this as a replacement to one I had for a decade. This was very reasonably priced and it got a work out on Thanksgiving. Worked great! I used the temperature setting to get my turkey to the correct temperature. Came out beautiful.

非常に使いやすい 手動の温度設定も きちんとできました 取扱説明書の日本語はちょっと不思議な日本語でしたがよく読めば何とか理解できます 普段 肉料理ではない低温設定や 揚げ物の低温設定 高温設定 色々使うので 非常に便利だと思います 指定の温度に達すると けたたましい アラームが鳴ります これは消すことができないようです、が温度が下がれば自然に音は止まります 従来のアルコールの温度計と温度差を比較しましたが 1℃程度の差がありますが おそらく こちらの方が正しいと思います 写真は 温泉卵を調理中のものです プローブの温度を感知する部分は 先端の1cm 程度でしょうか ケーブル自体も ワイヤーネットで包まれているので丈夫そうです 防水性があるかどうかは分かりません 悩まずに早く買えばよかった
