NeoCellSuper Powder Collagen, Type 1 and 3, 7 Ounce (2 Pack)( Package may vary)

I was trying an Ideal Protein Alternatives meal plan and one of the suggestions while on the plan was to take collagen for tissue/bone health. I started on this collagen 16 months ago, and decided to continue taking it. I've missed few days here and there, but am pretty consistent with taking it 5-7/wk. I should mention that I'm typically pretty skeptical about supplements, but I'll always try them with the hope I'll see results.I love this stuff and I'll keep taking it for the foreseeable future. The most noticeable change was with my hair. All my life I had these little baby-fine short hairs around my hairline. After a few months, my longtime hair stylist said "hey, look at the hair around your hairline! It's growing longer! You'll practically be able to integrate the hair as part of your layers." That's not to say the baby texture of the hair got thicker; but it is definitely longer. He uses a different brush than he used to on my hairline when he blows out my hair. Because of the growth he noticed, he and his wife bought this stuff for themselves. He also told me he recommends it to his other clients who are interested in growing their hair out, and he references my hair as the reason why. Also, yeah, my nails grow in strong and really fast. I guess my skin looks better? That one is more difficult to gauge a difference.There is a very slight odor and flavor, but it's pretty neutral. I mix a scoop into a glass of water until dissolved. Sometimes it clumps in the bottom, but if you mix enough, it dissolves. If you let the liquid sit after stirring, the water goes from cloudy to clear (although it has a slight tint from the collagen). I think it's recommended to take this on an empty stomach, so I usually chug it straight before I eat or drink anything else.I highly recommend this powder. One cannister lasts me about a month. The price is great. I'll need to increase my buy, because my boyfriend has started taking it to grow out a fingernail he damaged (slammed in a car door).

I have never had my own fingernails that weren't split, weak, and ugly. Now I have nails, real, regular size nails that are strong. I no longer have my nails done, they hold their own! I thought I was going bald. My hair is thicker, long and a beautiful white/blond. Friends and family I don't see often, are so surprised when they see me.

This is one of my favorite collagen products. I use it in my daily coffee and it mixes well with no taste. I had stopped taking it for a while and noticed that my skin wasn't feeling as nice as it used to. I started taking the collagen again daily and have noticed a definite improvement in my skin elasticity in just 3 weeks. This will continue to be a part of my daily routine.

A friend recommended this product and I have been using it regularly for about two or three months. I know that with these products results ususally are better seen after three or four months of using, but I can safely say that for me results have been almost immediate. My hair looks healthier and is now constantly growing. My skin fels and looks smoother and I have to say that I don't excercise regularly and my muscles aren't sore from inactivity. I would recommend this product. Maybe in another month or so, I could probably give it an excellent rating.

Took a chance & glad I did puchase this vitamin powder. This worked within a week of using this once a day in my morning tea/coffee. I trust this is not me being anxious as I have never purchased nutritional powders, but seeing that I am now taking extra care, I continue to age gracefully, I also found mention of this product in the woman who blogs @ relaxedhairhealth. She has not passed along any tips that do NOT make sense or failed me yet. Upon finishing this product I will purchase the pills & trust they will be just as worthwhile. The powder does not have any smell/taste & mixes well in hot drinks. The stiffness & flexibility I was feeling previously went away with a week of drinking this nutritional powder. I am guessing that "Neocell" is a trusted name - I personally was not aware of this brand. I look forward to continued use of any of "Neocell's" health products. If there are any changes (positive/negative), I will repost an update.

I've tried several brands of collagen, and each has been a pain in one way or another, so I stopped. After reviewing some compelling research on the benefits of collagen (in this case, Types I & III), I ordered more figuring, "What the hell, so what if it clumps, I'll make it work." This collagen has been a surprise though. I mix it with my coffee in the morning and it dissolves completely as if nothing was there. ZERO taste. I did try adding my coconut oil to the collagen first, and it did clump up like others I've tried, but as long as mix with coffee first, this stuff is great. You don't even know it's there. As far as therapeutic effects, I've only been taking it a week or so, too soon to tell, but I did take pictures of my hands where small age spots and wrinkling are present. I look forward to comparing those with future pictures and sharing.

I like that it mixes well with my drink and is odorless and tasteless (if there is any taste it is a slightly sweet taste.) (I've tried other collagens and they were just nasty.) I use this and switch off with the neo-cell collagen marine capsules. I take collagen for my joints mostly and for my skin, which looks great but it is hard to attribute the way my skin looks to one thing or the other as I can't run a scientific experiment! My knees were x-rayed recently and the doctor said if I live to be 100 I will not have any issues (I'm 72). So maybe the collagen, which I've been taking for several years, is helping there!
