This band has been a godsend. I have suffered from both sinus headaches and migraines for well over 20 years. I used to wear one of those old school gel masks that covered your eyes and attached with a strap in the back. The problem with those is that the gel moved all around, the plastic was not at all comfortable and getting a tight fit was difficult. Additionally, depending on the location of pain, using it effectively anyway other than how it was designed was very difficult. I am also no stranger to using a bag of frozen peas for relief. I stumbled onto this product by accident while browsing Amazon and placed an order immediately. My headaches are unpredictable and I wanted to have this ready to go when the next one struck. Popped it into the freezer and waited. The first thing that impressed me is because of the design it is easy to lay flat in the freezer whereas the masks I used in the past seemed to bunch up and be uneven. This is one of those products that you hope you do not need right away, but alas, I first used it a few days later. When suffering from a migraine, I have pain both behind my right eye and at the base of my skull on the same side. Like someone it trying to pull a string through my head. I was able to angle the band so that it covered both areas at the same time, again something I was not able to do with previous products. The added advantage is that I was able to adjust the tightness of the band and counter pressure definitely helps me. I used the blue side against my skin first and then switched to the white side. The white side is considerable colder which gives you some options depending on your needs. The band stays cold for about 30 minutes. The only negative I have to offer is that I wish it remained cold for longer. 30 minutes was enough to provide relief, along with medication, but not long enough to wait out the headache. And, really, sometimes all you can do is wait it out. I will probably invest in one more band so that I can switch out and have more continuous coverage. It takes about 30-60 minutes to freeze again when needed. Although designed for headaches, I see potential use as a general ice pack in a pinch. It is long enough to be wrapped around a wrist or ankle at least twice in case of a strain or sprain.

When I get a bad headache, my head feels hot and this product really cools you down in under 30 minutes, relieving pain and fever. I keep two in my freezer for those times and you should try it!

It works well... for about 10 minutes. I don’t blame the product for that. At the price point, it does what it needs to do. And it’s nice and cold. But yes, it thaws very quickly, and it doesn’t seem too insulated. If you buy more to cycle through for a constant cooling effect, that is your call versus purchasing a more expensive brand that is more insulated and remains frozen for longer. It depends on whether you want to keep getting up during your migraine/whatever it is you’re using it for. I personally use it for migraines, so it was a little frustrating to get such a small amount of relief. But, again, you get what you pay for!

I’ve suffered from headaches for many many years, I wish this would’ve been available years ago. Truly helps & I don’t have to hold it. It wraps around the head. Great for swelling from dental work, and I get really hot in the early morning hours, so I wrap this around my neck to help me cool off. It’s versatile & to me it’s worth every penny!

The one side is almost to cool the side of the blu fabric is better. Is adjustable but if your sitting up doesn’t stay up around your head very well

Love this product! My go-to for headaches. Sometimes i dont even have to use a headache reliever. I bought my first one and then got 2 more!

Let me start out by saying I have been a chronic migraine sufferer for over 20 years. Ice is always my “go-to” for relief. This headache wrap was exactly what I needed and would have become my best friend if it weren’t for the unforgivable poor quality. The first wrap arrived leaking inside of the box before it was even removed. Figured it was a fluke, so I ordered a replacement. The second one arrived fully intact and functional. Placed in freezer with anticipation of some migraine relief. And IT WORKED! It was EXACTLY what I was hoping for and gave wonderful relief. HOWEVER, upon removal from the freezer for my 2nd (yep, SECOND) use, goop oozed all over out of the seams rendering it useless and outside of the refund window, so into the trash it went....money wasted! Bottom line: the idea behind this wrap is wonderful, and if it were a solid product it would have deserved more than 5 stars, but the quality is so poor that it’s not worth the trouble.

Sufro de migrañas muy fuertes y esta banda cuando me la ponga, ayuda a mitigar el dolor. No quema a la piel. Yo lo dejo siempre en el refri para usarlo cuando lo necesito. Está bastante resistente.

I recommend this item for all of you who suffer from headaches. It can also be used on your neck or shoulders. It can be used hot or cold.

While it was a lovely cold ring, It melts so quickly and drips all over me. None of my other migraine packs drip... not worth it. It says to turn it the other way for more cold but when it thaws its already warm. No point having a warm ring on my head.... Updated. I started using it again recently as a backup. Now the ring has split open with very few uses and is leaking a white gel. 8march23
