ViviLux 3 in 1 Red Laser Guide for Sewing Machine & Crafts – Adjustable Line, Crosshair and Dot Laser Heads, Rechargeable, Improve Sewing Accuracy

I bought this item last year and it doesn’t work. The light is not bright. So I bought another one. This one works that I just purchased I’m sending a picture of the laser light to show you it isn’t bright at all. Can’t see anything with it. It’s a piece of junk.

Very easy to use. Think the quality is good however I think the price could be lower.

This guide arrived on the date promised. It was well packaged. It was hard to place the base of the laser where it wouldn't be in the way of other buttons on my machine. I found that the light end has a tendency to wiggle. This was fixed with an extra piece of clear tape to hold the tip still. I think more instructions about placement suggestions should be sent. I also found I needed to oil the threads on the brass screw tip to keep it from binding.

It's a little tricky lining up the laser light but it works great

If you have a metal machine, it will stick. The velcro pads adhesive won't stick to my plastic case. So, useless to me.

I absolutely love this product! It allows me to use the straight laser line for quilting and sewing and has a cross hair lens for design positioning in the embroidery hoop. Also, a third dot laser which I haven used yet, but would be great for stitch-in-the-ditch quilting. My product arrived missing the crosshairs lens, so I contacted the manufacturer directly. Dave at Harbor Sales, Inc. was very prompt in contacting me and had a replacement crosshairs lens shipped out to me ASAP. I am awed by such wonderful customer service and the desire on Dave’s part to ensure customers who purchase the Vivilux are taken care of and delighted with their product. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I didn't have time to test it out before my 30 days was up, or it would be on it's way back for a refund! Maybe mine was made on a Monday... I had troubles getting it charged. After initial charge, it died pretty quickly. 1-2 days later, when it was finally charged enough for the green light to come on, I was able to use it. Tried it again a couple days later and already dead. So, doesn't hold a charge, if not fully charged, the light may or may not come on. Also, a challenge to get the light to go exactly where you want it to go. Once there, it's good, just don't bump it, or you will have to reset it. I would say for the use I got out of it, it was worth maybe 9.00. Very disappointed. Great concept, just doesn't work great.

I have a Bernina Q20. I bought a Bernina laser kit for $150 about 5 years ago. I loved it and it was great for accuracy. It came apart and repairs were to costly. I bought this one and my husband and installed it. Works every bit as well and much easier and less complicated to install.

Actually haven’t used it yet. I bought it to use on my sewing machine, great for following straight lines! I’m sure there are other uses for it

Appears to be adequate, haven't used it yet, but did mount it on an old gooseneck lamp so it should be easily used. My purpose is for aligning machine embroidery, so the cross hair attachment is great.

This works well when lined up. It is too easy to knock out of alignment and getting the alignment exact is tricky. More or less content with it.

Although the product was not compatible with our machine, the customer service and return process was handle professionally and satisfactory. Would highly recommend dealing with this company!

The laser does not maintain a steady line when sewing. The laser line wobbles and goes off course, which defeats the purpose of accurate seaming. Product returned. Not recommended.
