Yogabar's high protein chocolate oats is probably the best for breakfast while fulfilling daily protein goals and keeping in mind the calorie content. It has a very creamy texture and tastes really good with milk and is very easy to prepare. 26 g protein is pretty high within this affordable price and it doesn't even have any refined sugar content. Full of healthy wholegrains, seeds and nuts. Highly recommended for every gym freak.

ordered 3 packs of Yoga High Protein Oats from Yoga Bar. Two of the packets were in perfect condition properly sealed, intact, and filled with air as they should be. However, the third packet (which was placed on top in the box) appeared to have been pinched so that the air was removed, likely to make it fit inside the box. While the product itself seems fine, this isn’t a good packaging or handling practice and raises concerns about quality control. Apart from this issue, everything else was fine. I hope Yoga Bar improves its packaging standards to avoid such problems in the future.

The product is great, not too sweet just perfect blend of mixed oats, nuts and healthy things and is quite protein rich.
