The pan does not come with them.** A: I did not get instructions but I found them on line. You Just fill the pan with an inch of water then place the egg poacher on the pan. Fill the cups with up to 4 eggs and place the lid on it and keep the water boiling until the desired cooking time of your eggs (about ) five minutes and you are done. I do recommend lightly spaying or wiping the cups with olive oil to ease the eggs from the cups after cooking. Be sure to coat the (included) egg cups with Olive Oil before you put the eggs in the cups. Otherwise, they will stick. The poached eggs will just slide out if you turn them upside down. The concept is great. But you need to take care removing the cooked (hot) egg cups from the pan. I use a small pair of pliers to grab the hot handle of each cup. I do wish that the small cup handle were larger and more easy to grasp. The pan is great.
