My Go-To for Period Pain—Works Better Than Other Brands!
I have tried many products for menstrual period symptoms, and the Pamprin Maximum Strength formula is, without a doubt, my go-to. It is incredibly effective and works even better than other popular brands I've tried, like Midol. It tackles all of my most annoying symptoms, from cramps and bloating to the overwhelming fatigue, and provides complete relief. This has become an essential part of my monthly routine, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone who deals with severe period pain. The caplets work quickly, and I start to feel relief in about 45 minutes. The effects are long-lasting, which is a huge plus; I only need to take about 3-4 caplets for my entire cycle, so the 24-count pack is a fantastic value. I've also had no issues with any side effects, which is a huge relief. If you're looking for a powerful and reliable pain and energy formula to combat your period symptoms, this is the one to get.

When you have people in your house that have severe cramps for periods definitely these help a lot I wish they came in a giant more giant bottle but they don't so we just have to keep these on hand so the price really isn't too bad and we know they work so a plus there five star

Solid for what I expected
I always thought this was some holdover from the 70s, snake oil product. And am mad I didn’t try it sooner. Finally, after decades of suffering, and taking Zoloft for PMDD, Magnesium and ibuprofen (which all help and I still take), I’ve started this to deal with cramping and fatigue, two symptoms the other drugs don’t help. And the worst two, after the help I get from the others. These must be Loaded with caffeine b/c regular liquid coffee has never been able to combat my PMS fatigue, but this does. And the cramping isn’t always 100% gone, but enough that I can mostly ignore the discomfort. Depending on the day (the severity fluctuates month to month), I can go from spending most of the day in bed to being functional and having the energy to carry out chores, which is huge. So, this has my vote. And now I understand why it’s still being sold. It works.
