I first encountered this French tea brand at a high tea place in Seal Beach, CA about 30-35 years ago. I started ordering small amounts of various varieties directly from France. In those days there was a comprehensive paper list with amazing descriptions & singled out favorites. Phone call orders. Lovely helpful reps answering. Minimal mailing charges. I had ~ half a dozen or more favorites, all now unavailable (at least at Amazon). Postage became prohibitive & it wasn’t until March 2020 that I discovered Amazon sold my French tea. Marco Polo is wonderful, similar to the long gone Bal Masque I used to order. This is my third Amazon purchase but sadly, during stay at home, for my second order (not this vendor) I received another flavor & definitely not to my liking. Their error. Didn’t even notice because I didn’t open it for over a year, once I’d finished my first box. This just received box is Marco Polo!!

Pricy, but worth it. Wonderful aroma, wonderful taste... and each sachet yields two mugs of strong tea.

Wonderful aroma and flavor. Learned about this tea from Ina Garten; her superlatives about it were spot-on. Highly recommend it to any tea lover.

Je l'ai acheté sur les conseils d'un collègue, qui en parlait comme d'un must... Bof, je déteste les thés avec des arômes chimiques, ce qui est le cas ici. Donc ce thé est peut être bon pour beaucoup de gens, pas pour moi.
