ProHealth Longevity’s 1000mg TMG Supplement is excellent! I dislike how large it is. Competitors like Do Not Age have capsules. However I have seen a difference with my energy levels. I like it made with GMP.

These are big, and they have rough edges. I take one per day with water, and often I must chase it with more water to get it all the way down. Throughout the struggle it grates on my throat. It's unpleasant, and I suspect it isn't good for my throat. It's a shame, because these are a great price, I think they're third-party tested, and it's so easy to buy them on Amazon. I will have to stop taking them as-is, though. If I find something that has the same benefits and is easier to swallow—500mg tablets, maybe—I will switch. Edit: Since writing this review, I started chewing the tablets. Be warned, doing that can taste terrible, but it's fine if you have water in your mouth while you chew. Because of that, I increased my review from 2 to 4 stars.

I’ve tried a lot of supplements. I try them for a week, and if they don’t help I stop them. 98 percent have done nothing for me. However, this one makes a difference- in a good way. At 50, I’ve been searching to discover why I just don’t have the energy I used to and how to get it back. Methylation is trending now, so I dug up DNA and ran a report. Low and behold, I found I had problematic “mutations”, especially in the area of TMG (betaine). Sleeping better was the biggest game changer for me. Dreams are pleasant and restful. So, if you fit my profile, get a full dna sequence, run a methylation report, and take this if you need it. It will be a game changer if your like me.

My husband loves this stuff. He always says how much he feels better after taking it.

These pills are huge. Very difficult to swallow. I couldn't finish the bottle. I'll pass on these.

Anyway I would recommend it.. I've seen results in 2 weeks based on what TMG can do to benefit you. If you want specifics blame amazon because they for whatever reason won't let me post what I want.. but 1000% recommend. Game changer

I generally find it easy to swallow supplements and often take 4 or more at a time without any issues or concerns. But this tablet literally gets stuck in my throat about half the time I take it and today was the final straw. I'm not sure if it got stuck in my throat or went into my lung but, I feel lucky to have gotten it up. It's now an hour later and I still have this feeling like there's a piece of it down there somewhere. Of greater concern is that I'm coughing up blood. This has NEVER happened to me before. I'm done with these tablets. The company has to know that this is a problem, as there are other similar reviews out there about this topic. I'm done with these tablets and ProHealth!
