I ordered this digital tuner for my guitar and was able to use it with ease immediately upon arrival. It functioned well, and did a good job of getting my guitar in tune. It is very easy to use; only one button controls everything. You press once to turn the tuner on, and again to turn it off. The tuner will also turn off automatically after a short time to conserve the battery. The same button allows you to switch between instruments, which are displayed by a "G", "U", "B", etc on the screen. There is a brief delay from the time that you strum the string to the detection of the note on the screen, but it is less than one second, and I synced up with this after the first use. The tuner clips on easily, and can be spun to any position for ease of use and storage. I am very happy with this product. It functions well, is easy to use, and had a great price. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, basic digital tuner.

Make sure you have a small screwdriver (eyeglass screwdriver will work) otherwise you're not going to get the battery compartment open. The tuner seems to work pretty well otherwise.

All you have to do is put the battery in, attach it to the guitar and find the perfect pitch. It's that simple. I'm a first time guitar lessons student. My teacher recommended this Brotou digital guitar tuner for acoustic guitars. He was 100% correct when he told me it's easy to use. I may not be the best guitar player, but it is perfectly tuned. 😊 good value.

It works , but sometimes it won’t recognize the E string !

I'm visiting a remote area and Amazon's delivery is just aa lightening fast as it is when in the city. The tuner is simple to use, accurate, lightweight and never in the way of actual playing. A good tool for sharpening your musician's ear as well as your intrument.

Update on original review: the clip on the back broke aft minimal use an it wasnt used on the headstock of a stand up bass that spanned 5 inch’s wide. Regular electric guitar headstock and I snapped aftr I would guess less than 40 times taking it/back on. While that sucks, I would forgive if the manufacturer would have responded it’s ANY option other than ignoring my two time I reached out lookin for a replacement. First to see since it’s under 6 months old if they would place the back that’s detachable an the second time if I buy one myself because without it, it’s useless. I mean cmon. The part that attaches to the product it’s supposed to service snaps off (also detachable so easy to lose) and there is no other option but to buy a whole new tuner? I that that attitude. Not only is the product poorly made, but due its structural weak point it becomes useless requiring the purchase of a band new unit. That’s dirty consumerism and to succeed in a world where consumers are constantly vocalizing every detail of the product to other consumers, it’s a short tactic for short money with a long term forecast of business suicide. The product was great. Sincerely big light. Tuned accurately. Loved the rubber case. But post purchase customer support made me feel like I was purchasing communist beets in East Germany. Ok, perhaps I’m exaggerating but cmon, we expect you to stand by your products, not sneaking further and further away from them. Products for the people!

It cones with 3 picks, a capo, and a guitar tuner all at a cheap price!, and honestly it feels a bit cheap that's why it's 4 stars, but I highly recommend it

The tuner and picks work great, the capo on the other hand is horrible. Hinge is very stiff and is hard to open wide enough to get to the high frets. Has lots of fret buzz and doesn’t sit right on the board. Would recommend looking for something else.
