It is part of what my husband needed for his salt drinks he has to have multiple times a day for POTS. This one bag will last him probably a year or close to it. I wasn't expecting it to still not even be halfway gone, even after he added a lot to a pint jar mixture of everything, he needs to make his L M N T copycat mix. He adds water favorer into his drinks because he said if he adds too much of this it does have a strange slightly unpleasant flavor, he didn't know how to describe. But we looked it up and that is common with this supplement, so neither of us was worried.

Check the weight of the container, (2.2 pounds). If you’re using it for food, it will last a lifetime. I can’t tell the difference between this and regular salt. And potassium is good for you.

The salt and potassium dissolve easily but the magnesium does not dissolve so is not pleasant to drink. But the magnesium can be stirred into yoghurt making it much easier.
