Delicious. well-shipped, & Dr says great for Diabetes
My family MD told me to buy these. His mother went strict Paleo, after several of their relatives died of diabetes. She used these purple yams as the ONLY carb on her diet -- and successfully avoided diabetes! Diabetes is hereditary & common in their country. But they can't stand to quit carbs, especially rice. My husband is from that country; his mother died of diabetes. His pre-diabetes is getting worse due to carbs. I'm sure if he switches to these yams, it will help ! We got 3 pounds, 4 big potatoes. Perfect sized order for 2 seniors. Arrived quickly, in good condition, well-packaged. Incredibly delicious! My husband and I ate them for six meals, they were perfect. Bake, nuke, slice & fry, fabulous.

Moldy potato
The flavor of these potatoes are good. But you don't get many for the price. Also, when I opened the package, there was a moldy potato. I tossed it out and went to work. The next day I reached out to them. They asked if had taken a photo, which I had not. Didn't even occur to me to take a pic of rotten food. I never received a replacement. These are WAY to expensive to not get all that you paid for!

Disappointed with the size of the potatoes and the quality. I will not buy any more of these potatoes from this seller.

Nice potatoes but irradiated
Received a decent quantity of sweet potatoes and our intent was to use them to grow slips. Well, after a month of trying to grow slips I have none. Only thing could be these have been irradiated. Should have saved my money and tried to locate them locally. Truly disappointed. Description should be updated by the seller.

I was looking for Okinawa purple sweet potato; this one is Hawaiian but it’s ok. Pricey.

Delicious and Nutritious Purple Sweet Potatoes
My husband and I were introduced to these purple sweet potatoes when we were vacationing on Kauai. We love the sweet potatoes and were happy to find we could order them on Amazon. The potatoes came a day early and were fresh and delicious. We will be ordering these again especially when we can't get them from our local Sprouts store.
