Great gun, easy to clean, no issues.
This gun was tremendously helpful with foaming my cantilever bays in my basement, just the right length. Plus, the swivel tip help get the foam into tight spots around my HVAC boots and connections in those very same bays. The coating on the gun makes it a breeze to clean off any foam that gets on it. I found it easier to remove if you wait about 10mins after getting it on, then it peels right off. Waiting till the next door, makes it harder. No issues with any of the cans leaking and I went through about 30 cans so far, only ONE car leaked, when I was threading it on, it was cross threading and activated the nozzle, quick reflexes got it fixed with only some foam leakage on the gun screw that didn't affect its operation. This gun is worth its weight for the extended abilities it offers.

Well constructed
Delivered well packaged. Packed in a foam core cutout to prevent damage. Easy to understand instructions. I used this to fill a gap under my sidewalk. I had access from the side used 12 cans of foam. It performed very well and was easily cleaned up using foam cleaner can. Had to jam the gun between bottom of sidewalk and ground to get to back of cavity, nozzle did not clog from dirt. Was able to slightly bend tube to get to back of cavity without any issues.

Just what the doctor ordered
Durable, high quality tool. The coating made it easy to clean the tool. Pro tip: don't get the foam in your mouth!

Very helpful for hard-to-access spots
I bought this spray gun to apply foam insulation in my attic to top plate of exterior wall. So far it worked perfectly for what I needed it for. In compare to another shorter nozzle foam gun that I owe, I had less luck with foam expansion on this one. Perhaps that's just because foam applies a bit slower with this gun because it needs to travel a longer distance thought the nozzle. I would use this gun only when I have no other option - meaning that if I need to spray foam something nearby, I would use shorter nozzle gun, and for situations where I cannot reach with shorter nozzle gun - switch to longer nozzle option then. I also accidentally stepped on the nozzle once and bended it a bit. I was able to bend it back by hands and it continued to work as if nothing happened. Since then I started to put this gun in a 5gal bucket, to help it stand - nozzle will overweight can of foam on one side and it will fall if you try to put it down on the can (obviously). I'm really happy this product exists, because my project of installing smartbaffle & airsealing in attic full of insulation would not work that well without it. —- Update. So my gun end up failing on me. After i stored it without a can it ended up getting clogged. I tried to clean it, but it is hard - even if you unscrew part of nozzle, that metal line that is inside the tube is somehow fixated in there. There is hex screw at the very back of the gun that seems to allow to force that line back in its place, but i had no luck fixing it fully. When i installed foam can , gun started to leak foam from the nozzle in small quantities. I removed foam can, sprayed it with foam cleaner & was able to save that foam can & reuse it in another gun. However, i will be throwing my foam gun in a trash since it is no longer usable. Looking back, i probably should have purchased a separate foam cleaner can and keep it on this gun at all times when not in use. And perhaps flush it few times a month at the beginning of storage. I ended up getting another brand 40in foam gun that has a bit different lock mechanism and will plan to do the same with foam cleaner can for storage on it in future. Foam cleaner can costs less that 10$, this gun - more than 100$, so don’t do the same mistake that i did & not store your gun without any can on it. And i wouldn’t store it without foam can on it for long time unless you plan to use it. Ps. I’m not dropping stars for this gun since it was my mistake that ruined it. This gun is very handy when you really need it.

Great for those hard to get places.
Wish I would have bought this years ago. Worked fantastic for getting into rim joists. Never clogged and cleaned easily. Well with the money. Sure beats reaching in with a single use can and getting it all over me.

Super useful for things like rim joists and other deep recesses. Or just being tall.
I'm simply a DIY-er who bought an old home, so I can't say anything about this lasting job after job, but I highly recommend this gun if you're tall like me and just don't want to bend over while sealing areas at floor level. This gun was mandatory for me to seal my rim joists because the smaller guns can't handle the can on top if the subfloor is already in place but this one allows you to get the longer reach and an angle that works with the can being in the proper position. If you've never used a gun like this, you definitely want to have as much of your target area exposed as possible because cleaning can be a bit tedious over and over and you don't want to allow the foam to dry in/on the gun (I ruined one gun this way).

Must have got a defective one. Exchanging for another try.
Ordered this for air sealing my attic. First gun had an issue with the threads causing it to want to cross thread cans of foam. I returned it and got a replacement that works great. Gun comes with a couple smaller slide on tips that I didn’t use… but could be handy. The pivoting tip was crucial for getting back into some hard to reach areas of my attic above the exterior wall top plates. It applies foam just as good as the smaller guns and it really doesn’t use much foam in the (long) length of the barrel. I kept a pocket full of shop towels and some great stuff cleaner near by and everytime I stopped spraying for like 30 sec or more, I’d spray the tip of the gun and wipe it down. This also reduced the mess. This gun does not drip like the canned foam straws. You can apply a very precise bead. Overall I would recommend this to anyone doing a similar project. If I could make one suggestion.. it would be a slight curve to offset the large can of foam on top that kept hitting the roof decking. If I do it myself I will update with how it goes.
