This is delicious and we get through a lot of it when we make chocolate. Shame it's got so expensive of late, but that's the world market. It's not much cheaper elsewhere for this quality.

Making vegan chocolate couldn't be easier
I'd never made chocolate before, but I was fed up with paying vegan chocolate prices. It couldn't be any easier using these buttons. They melt beautifully and make the processs absolute child's play. I blanched at the cost originally, but really 1kg goes an awfully long way. I'm definitely winning on cost, without sacrificing quality. I'll certainly buy again.

Great Stuff
I made my first homemade chocolate with this butter and it turned out fantastic! It's quite easy. Here's the recipe for you all. Three ingredients only. Prepare the ingredients: - 4 parts cocoa butter - 2 parts cocoa powder - 1 part agave syrup I opted for organic ingredients. Set the oven to 40°C (104°F) and melt butter in a steel pot. Put agave syrup in a different pot next to it. You want them both at the same temperature when you blend them. It might take a while for butter to melt but don't rush it by increasing the temperature. Cocoa butter should not be heated to more than 48°C for some scientific reasons I read about that I can't explain. Once butter is fully liquid, mix all ingredients thoroughly. I did it with a spoon but you may use a whisk or fork as well. I mixed it for good five minutes to make sure there are no lumps of cocoa. Pour your blend into moulds and leave it at room temperature. There you go, homemade chocolate.

You can look up the chocolate I made on The Real Naked Swedish Chef, it's easy to do and only requires two ingredients (unless you like sugar). But it really is good stuff and it tastes amazing! I am 100% recommending this as the source of my cocoa butter in the EU!

Belles pastilles qui ont tenu le transport (en hivers) Prix raisonnable. Utilisé en pâtisserie pour rajouter du gras et de la tenue à froid dans une ganache et un glaçage. Je prévois de tester de faire du chocolat blanc vegan maison aussi.

Il n'y pas 500 grammes , l'odeur n'est pas celle du beurre de cacao habituelle . Il vaut mieux rajouter un peu et avoir quelque chose de qualitatif
