How many carbs per serving?

To corroborate what is written here already, as of 1/6/23 I just received these and their net carbs are 2g per serving, 8g per bar. This wasn’t always the case as their original formula was 1-2g for the entire bar, but I forgot they had changed it when I ordered these. Per Bar: Total Carbs: 48g Dietary Fiber: 27g Erythritol: 13g

Where can you buy just one? Not spending $35 only to find out I don't like it

I got this chocolate bar at Wegman's grocery store. They were $3.49 each. The 12 pack will save you a few dollars, but the 4 pack version will cost you way more! I will stick to going to the store to get them.

Yes, you can melt in a double boiler or microwave and poured into molds. I use this in recipes all the time.
