This coffee is such a quality and luxurious blend. The immediate aroma upon opening is going to be your first clue that you made the right decision by trying it out. The taste is full bodied and smooth. It’s a bit pricey although if you’re looking to sacrifice quality for savings perhaps you aren’t actually seeking an exceptional coffee. This is a staple in my home and I never allow myself to run out

Decided to buy this after trying it in Italy for the first time. It tastes just like how I remember! Soooo smooth, and it’s the first time I’ve truly been able to taste and understand the “notes” of the coffee. It has such a warm and unmistakable flavor while being perfect for a standard brew. I’ve been grinding these beans for plain espresso, lattes, and americanos (sorry Italy). Smells and tastes heavenly.

Excellent Fresh Quality Whole Beans!! I specifically bought this to try the caramel, orange blossom and Jasmine notes in this coffee. I'm not specifically tasting any of those notes, possibly the caramel. One thing undeniably great is it's very smooth. It's a medium roast. Strong black coffee that would make a fantastic iced coffee. I will definitely buy this again. I like how it's sealed and the aroma releases once the lid comes off.I highly recommend buying for yourself or as gifts.

I generally prefer a dark roast for my "regular" coffee, but a medium roast is usually recommended for Turkish coffee. I didn't much like the pre-ground Turkish coffees I'd found, and since I have a hand grinder that will do the ultra-fine grind you need for Turkish, I decided to try an 8 oz package of the Illy. It works very well for that purpose, and I probably will not buy the pre-ground Turkish coffees again; this tastes much better. It's a bit expensive per ounce, but since I'll only be using a couple of teaspoons at a time, the 8 oz pack should last for a while. I also tried making my regular morning coffee with this, grinding it a little less fine and using a Moka Pot, adding extra water afterward for an "Americano". It was fine that way too, better than other medium roasts I've had, but I think I'll stick with dark roasts for everything except Turkish coffee.

We love this coffee! Found it by luck. Wanted something different. I grind the beans myself. I use it as a treat. A good afternoon break to enjoy a nice full flavor , satisfying coffee.

The best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. You can make the coffee strong without any bitter flavor and very smooth.

This coffee is wonderful and is my preferred Italian coffee! Great taste and keeps so fresh in the metal cans. By buying it by the case , it is so much more affordable than from the grocery store!

Love this coffee. Lots of flavour even as a decafe. Low acid but no bitter taste. Had a bit of problem with the order but the company was right on top of it. I would buy this again from this company.

長年イリーの赤い方を飲んでいましたが、胃潰瘍を患いデカフェにしました。 味は若干コクが薄いようにも感じますが、ほぼほぼ変わりません。 デカフェでイリーの味を頂けるのは、本当にありがたいです。 朝は、シナモントッピングの豆乳カプチーノにして２杯。日中はブラックで数杯いただきます。 早く詰め替えタイプが出るといいですね！
