This bag does great with XLarge Pizza and then stack other hot food items on top. This bag really keeps the heat in. My most common 2nd use: Grocery hauler. I set it open in the trunk. Then grocery shop Then I put all my grocery bags in it to haul into the house in one trip.

Was working as a delivery driver. This bag worked really well for larger orders and pizzas keeping them hot. I had a lot of 5☆ for my deliveries. It was a little big to bring into places, but I left it in my back seat, and I'd bring the food out to it. Sometimes orders would be large where it would be easier for me to bring the whole bag to the door. (Had a 5 pizza order, an order for a buffet ect) It always kept hot food hot and when I'd go grocery shopping for myself and go to multiple stores, it would keep my frozen and cold items frozen and cold. (And I live in florida) It's a well made bag. Would recommend if you're delivering large orders, or if you shopaholic multiple places and need something to keep your groceries at temp. A very nice bag.

Perfect for what we wanted it for. We got this to transport a sensitive piece of equipment. Very sturdy and very well cushioned.

Insulated & great size for food/pizza

Many uses as I delivered with it however after a few months the zipper broke. Still keeps good decently hot where I can zip it up about 3/4 but wish it was a more durable zipper. As for hot/cold it is amazing and I had pizza steaming after a 10 min drive from a restaurant and can honestly say it was hotter than when I picked it up from the pizza shop.

These bags are great! And for 9x9 boxes or other odd dimension containers. 10 out of 10 for all categories that matter, of course the bags cant be all that study because they are meant to be collapsible and soft sided but sturdy enough when you put a piece of cardboard or anything rigid in the bottom for added support. Money well spent in my opinion.

It's great for larger orders like XL pizza and large item count orders. I added a 20x20 plastic board at the bottom. It's flimsy without it.. ONE THING I WOULD CHANGE Remove the zipper and replace with velcro It saves so much time I'm the long run. Time is money. Takes me about 15 seconds to zip and unzip when working Velcro would drop that time to about 5 seconds open and close during delivery. 10 seconds of time saved per delivery that's about 1 hour per month 12 hours per year zipping a bag. 12 hours of income lost that's about 200-300 dollars per year or more depending where you live.

I've had this bag over a year and I just notice it is 18x18 not 20x20 like the description says. It's an okay bag just wish I had something to make it sturdy. As a matter a fact that's how I notice it was not 20" because I cut a piece of cardboard and I had to bent it for it to fit. This bag is expensive for the quality of the material. Had to sew it bc it ripped after a few uses. Zipper is good so far. I wouldn't buy another unless the price goes down. I overpayed big time.
