Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great Product! Used for leige waffles and other desserts.

This was just what I was looking for to make Liege Waffles. It was great quality and taste. I will definitely buy it again and recommend it. One thing I would not recommend, is the recipe on the back of the package. I made two different recipes with one bag. This one calls for brown sugar and milk. The batter wasn't a good texture or taste. So when you spend money on ingredients and time...I used one from "Butter Baking" and it had water and regular sugar. It was amazing.

We use these all the time to make Liege waffles. They are the perfect amount of sweet and crunch when they are cooked.

The only thing I don’t like is the price. I use them to make Liege waffles, a Belgian delicacy! Good taste and works well but very expensive for what it is. Now I use regular sugar and that’s as good

Great recipe in the back and pearl sugar is fresh.

Firstly, the sugar pearls are spot on. But secondly, the recipe on the back is amazing! I followed that one (I had tried others previously) and it was near identical to the ones I had on a river cruise in Europe. Which, incidentally, is where I was introduced to them. With homemade whipped cream (use vanilla paste) and fresh berries - soooooo good!

I made some gluten free Belgian waffles with these sugar pearls and all I can say is wow! They made them taste so delicious! They add such a lovely crunch and don’t stick to the waffle iron. They are just the right size for the perfect bite. I will definitely be repurchasing!
