How does the 120” version mount to the wall?

It mounts flush using a L-tab wall brackets hanging on the top part of the screen and brackets flipped over for the bottom of the screen. I just added the picture diagram to my review for you. I did not use this mounting for the reason of the crazy amount of bass that my theater creates I did not want to risk it. Instead I used ceiling hooks and it works great.

Can this be used outdoors?

Not likely. When you are assembling it you are worned not to get fingerprints on the screen or it can impact the pictures. I always washed hands or used white gloves when moving and installing it. I imagine leaves, dirt, rain etc.. would be worse than the oil from your fingers.

Can i just get the screen without the frame

The screen only goes with the frame my definitely need frame with it Or look some other product

What color is the screen? What grain? Does it come in grey with ALR ( ambient light reduction ) ?

White with an aluminum frame covered with a felt material (black). White with a low screen gain of 1.1 (thus eliminating hot spotting). It does not come in gray. It does have a wide viewing angle due to the low gain and colors are relatively not affected. If your looking for a budget screen you will not be disappointed.
