Yes but it's not overpowering but taste is subjective It smells? Yes it smells of Garlic and Herb which is the flavour. Looks Milky? Yes it actually looks and tastes like a Garlic and Herb Cuppa Soup. Will I buy again? Yes no problem. I enjoy Cuppa Soups and as I'm on Keto and eat vast ammounts of Brocolli, I think this is something that I could pour over steamed brocolli and eat all day.
