What concentration should this be used? Need to figure how many of these I need to order to mix with a 25 litre tank. Is this for engine oil as well?

Hi if your putting it with the fuel system then I would use 2 bottles to a quarter of a tank of fuel if you was to use it in the engine then I would use only half of the liquid then flush out after a good run then re fill with correct engine oil grade kind regards Geoff

Is this ok with fibreglass fuel tanks?

Most tanks are fibreglass on the outside and metal on the inside - if that's yours it should be fine. Pure fiberglass tanks are not commercially used as most react with the ethanol added to fuel these days - if yours is fibreglass inside and out, it might be risky to add sea foam to the tank as they don't document the contents.
