No it doesn't, not like some of their other flares

They're universal, with a 1.5" +\- lip on the back for mounting (lip runs flat against the side of the vehicle, it does not mount to the inside of a wheel wheel), so make sure you have enough meat so they mate nicely. Trimming will be required for overall length and also if you need an angle that is more than a soft curve. A blow dryer or heat gin will help with arches and curves.
