L’Oréal Paris Magic Root Precision Temporary Gray Hair Color Concealer Brush, 1 Black, 0.05 fl; oz.

I’ve been using this product a long time. It helps to cover the grays or white hair at the hair line in front sides or back. You can use it to cover the parts in your hair. Keep in mind it’s Temporary. Don’t touch your hair or scratch your scalp. It will rub off on your hands and get under your nails. Don’t not use if you have oily scalp or oily hair. If your sweat on your head it will be black running down your face. I do not use it in the summer for that reason. Cover your head when going to bed it will rub off on your pillow case. Overall it’s a very good product. Last a couple of days until you wash it out.

I use three different products to cover gray hair. First, I use a dye for the entire head of hair. A few days later, the gray grows out about 1/4 inch. That’s when I start using this product. It’s able to cover exactly where I need it. Then a couple of weeks later, I use a combination of this product and another product that covers a little more area. I would definitely recommend this product.

I specifically use this product for my front edges. It is a quick application, that blends in perfectly with my black hair and is not messy at all. I will never go back to the spray as you can never quite perfect where it lands, no matter how hard you try. I would have given this a 5-star review but lately, it seems like L’Oréal is scaling back and/or discontinuing Black, which is an issue for me. I hope they will rectify this, else I will need to find another option and don't really want to.

Covers the grays well!!

I think this does work well to cover up my gray hairs. I, mostly have the gray hair at front. Within, an hour after using it I did see some gray hairs start to show again. I do know that is this temporary but I thought it would last longer. I didn't see all the gray hairs showing again but the ones closes to the skin on my forehead. I must say I did wash my face during after applying the root touch up. All and all, it does work but the duration of this temporary root touch up may be too short for me. It is currently hot weather time and I sweat alot. So, I may need to find something that lasts longer but I will use this again after washing my face....lol!

I love this concealer brush. I use this for when I am in between coloring my hair. I tend to go grey around my edges and baby hairs. This concealer brush covers those grey areas nicely!

I usually use their spray root touch up and I thought I would give this wand a try and I regret doing so.. the dye or whatever it is comes out as this thick dry gel that just puts clumps of product in your hair.. I saw some similar reviews but thought I would give it a try because I am usually really meticulous when I do stuff like this so I didn't think it would be an issue but this product is seriously a bust.aaaaaaand I can't return it for some silly combustible product policy

I bought these for my sister. It is so easy to use. Very manageable. I just hope it lasts long. I also hope it has a lot in the bottle.

I bought the Magic Root Pen in Dark Brown on a whim, hoping it would help me stretch the time between salon visits and wow, it really delivered. Bought a black one. I found the coverage ability is not as good as I expected. But the key for having this one is for the convenience, you don't have to wash your hair after touching up. My friend uses dark brown color and she is happy with the result. Brown has many shades, so the coverage isn't really a concern!

Easy to use and effectively covers gray hair. I’ve purchased this product multiple times and am very impressed! The only thing I’m not satisfied with is that the price has increased too much!
