Bernat Softee Baby Cotton Yarn for Crocheting Soft, Aqua Mist, 3-Pack

I really like using Bernat Softee Baby Cotton for making baby blankets. It is sturdy but soft. Bernat Softee Cotton is the same product (just slightly different labels). The Dusk Sky color is very nice...I'm pairing it with the dark blue color.

Perfect yarn for making a baby blanket. Great weight and soft. I like having a natural fiber for the baby.

No splitting, however, experienced some tangling but quick to remedy. Super stitch definition. Cotton blend means it washes up beautifully. Maintains shape well.

The quality of this yarn is the best for cotton yarn. It’s super soft. Easy to work with. Worth the price for how much yarn you get.

It’s nice and soft in a pretty light pink color. Unfortunately like most yarns because of the way they are made it does split slightly.

Great yarn, made a homemade baby blanket

I have used this material to make a gorgeous crochet blanket for my baby. The blanket has been washed a few times now and the yarn has held up well without fraying. It was really nice yarn to work with, a huge improvement over another cheaper yarn I used to start off with, much easier on the hands and quicker to crochet up. I only had one ball out of the six that I purchased that had any knots in it so very easy to work around. The yarn is really good quality and that individual strands are woven together well so I only experienced a few cases where there was a bit of splitting (mostly when I had made a mistake and had to backtrack!). The colour is a gorgeous light blue, exactly as pictured, I get comments all the time complementing the blanket and how soft and lovely it is. Overall I think the yarn is on the expensive side but still 100% worth the price for the convenience and quality especially for an item that is going to be used frequently and needs to be durable.

Beautifully soft yarn in a very pretty colour. Haven’t found a project I like enough to use it for, but crocheting with it is still really easy.

I absolutely adore this yarn. It’s so soft and makes such beautiful blankets. Once made, I find it breathable, and warm but also cooling (if that makes sense). I don’t find it splits or feels tough like other cotton yarns. It’s comparable to bamboo, in my opinion. It’s just beautiful yarn and very easy and enjoyable to work with.
