Overall, I think it's a great toner. I really like the consistency: it's on the thicker side, it's not a runny liquid like the one I had been using (Estee Lauder's); apply it cold and it's very refreshing. In my opinion, the smell is a little strong for a solution you use on your face, but I find it pleasant. If perfume is something that puts you off or irritates your face, consider the fragrance free version.

I have been using t his stuff for over 20 years! It works well for me, it does NOT cause breakouts like all the other face moisturizers I have ever tried. It does not leave my face feeling like it is coated in product, nor does it make my face feel stretched tight. No odor, no residue.

This product brings ph levels back in a second. Great product! Using it for many yrs. A must have for skin care.

While the texture issue remains a concern, the L'Oreal Paris Skincare HydraFresh Toner boasts commendable attributes. Its nourishing properties and dedication to being alcohol-free are significant positives. If the slimy texture can be overlooked, this toner could potentially find a place in one's skincare routine.
