EVS Sports GB Beanie Sweat Beanie (Black, One Size fits Most)

This is exactly what I needed to wear under a logger's helmet (the kind W/earmuffs and face shield). It is sung fitting on my above average head(7-5/8" hat size) and has a thick sweatband. It fits me just a bit over the ears, but could be moved up and not cover any of your ears if you wanted. The brim is strong elastic and fits snug - about as snug as anything I would want - any tighter and it would be annoying after a few hours. I also wear eyeglasses. It fits slightly over the temple pieces of the glasses and snugs them to my face, a feature I like because I often work "under" something, a dashboard, a crawl space, and my glasses, especially if I'm sweaty can slip down and move around. This would fit under any helmet nicely. I measured - it is 10 1/2 inches I.D. and nearly a perfect circle. Bottom edge of sweatband to crown is 4 3/4 inches. Sweatband is 1 1/2 inches wide. It is made of a black mesh elastic cloth with a quilted white sweatband on the inside of the brim - and would allow good ventilation to the top of the head. It feels like a quality item. I have not washed it yet and no laundry instructions are included but as with any clothing you want to maintain its elasticity, hand wash in gentle soap would probably extend its life.

I bought this beanie to cover my head when I went out on those cold days where a cap just wouldnt do. This product did its job and kept my head warm. I live in Oklahoma and not only does it get cold at times in the winter but Oklahoma is known for its windy days. I wore this on a 45 degree day with the wind chill making it 33 and it worked perfectly. I had a couple of co-workers try it on( didnt really want thier heads in my cap but...)and they wanted to know where they could get one themselves. I wear a hardhat at times and it fits well underneath. So as of now, this product is well worth it. Dont expect this to cover your entire ear as it covers the top portion only.

The EVS was priced right. Decent sweat beanie, but the sweat headband makes the band portion slightly too thick to fit comfortably under your full-face motorcycle helmet (I have an Arai, which in my experience have tight-fitting padding). I do wear it under my baseball caps to keep them fresh, and for that it seems to be doing a decent job. I'm not quite certain if it's actually wicking sweat away from my skin -- perhaps the opposite. But it definitely keeps the sweat out of my eyes, which is important if you shave your head as do I. It definitely saves my hats -- and despite my opening line, I did manage to squeeze my Arai over it, so it's not impossible to use as a helmet liner. However, my Under Armour beanie and Schampa mesh sweat beanies are better suited for that use.

I purchased this sweat beanie for my boyfriend who is currently training for a marathon. He loves to wear it when he jogs to keep his hair and his sweat out of his eyes and face. He says the beanie fits him well and is comfortable and is effective at keeping his sweat and hair from getting in his way. The beanie is washable and is of high quality. We are both very happy with the purchase. The beanie also arrived quickly and was as described in its product listing. We would recommend this sport beanie to anyone in need of this type of product. I think its light weight material would also be great for anyone that needed something to wear underneath a helmet, such as a bicycler, snowboarder or football player.

Hello All, It's Steve_In_TN With Another Review! This product is okay, but I wouldn't recommend it if you wear glasses. I do wear glasses, and it was too tight of a fit to be comfortable. It does a great job of keeping the sweat out of your eyes when it fits well. Construction: Decent construction, with good materials. Fit: Tight fit. Feel: Without glasses, it feels good. Very comfortable, sweat band lining is thinner than a sweat band but is plenty absorbant. It looks somewhat like a wool cap when it's being worn. Yes it's too thick for a cylce helmet. It's great for runners; works in cool weather to keep you a little warmer especially for bald runners. Also doesn't overheat you in hot weather but works to keep the sun off of you. The top is very lightweight and ventillated, not insulated. Fit is a little tight. I'm hoping after some wash and wear it will start to relax a bit. Planet Fitness currently doesn't allow these due to their daconian dress code only sweat "bands" are allowed.

I have a fairly big head - most hats don't fit well - but it is not a watermelon up there either. This beanie fit perfect with no excess material up top. I have a couple of UA ones but they changed their fit and the new ones are made for watermelons. I use this for sweat on the court - bald so no hair to keep the sweat from dripping to my goggles. Recommend this for fit and comfort. Smaller heads will be good too as it is stretchy and snug on me.

I bought this for my husband because he likes to wear beanies to workout it because he sweats alot and he says that he likes it. He says it fits well and works good to absorb the sweat. It looks nice, however the logo on the side was printed/applied on slanted, crossing over that hemline... which makes it look cheap and like a factory reject. That's the only thing that bugged about the item but since it is a low price it wasn't worth the exchange.

nice but does not fit perfectly. it does not cover your ears neither does it fit your head alone (that is the part before your ears) may fit a bigger head

I used this for working out at the gym and found it to be breathable and very comfortable unlike other skull hats I’ve used in the past... Looking to purchase one or two more. Two thumbs up for this item 👍👍😃

Me encanto, es cómoda y practica, se ajusta bien, para mi esta algo justa pero es lo que se adapta a mi necesidad, la uso para correr y me pareció excelente... al terminar me deja una marca del elástico pero en su uso no es incomoda, todo lo contrario.

Good quality. Keeps the sweat out of my eyes when I workout. A bit snug. My head is 7 1/4. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a larger head size.
