Variations of Nikajo, Te nage, and Shio nage. Many look like they would be unlikely to work if you were in a situation with someone really trying to hurt you. Numerous typos. Thirty dollars for this is ridiculous.

Im currently studying Matsumura Seito in Okinawa and this book is extremely helpful and giving me some more insight that is helping me move along at a quicker pace. Thanks for putting this together!
