We're a small plumbing shop, this sucker works excellent. It was easy to program and pairing the buttons and remotes is simple. We have it installed on a metal 42" door, so far so good!. Now the guys have remotes in the back of their vans and can open the door hands free. You can have it auto close or stay open until you're ready to close it. Olide's patience and responsiveness to my questions was fantastic, even though there is a 12 hour difference in time zones.
