Good book
Good book for someone like me who has just started milling their own flour.

Recipes are all by volume with no references to weight or bakers percentages
There is some good stuff about grains and milling but the author is clearly an amateur when it comes to baking. Serious bakers use weight not volume for measurements and can quickly scale recipes using bakers percentages. With this book, all the recipes are by volume which is very unhelpful.
