Blackmores Fish Oil 1000 Odourless is straightforward to take and genuinely easy to live with day to day. The capsules don’t have that strong fishy smell or aftertaste that some omega‑3 supplements do, which makes it much easier to stay consistent. I like that it’s a simple formula aimed at supporting heart, brain, eye, and skin health, so it covers a few bases in one go. The 400‑capsule bottle is great value and means you don’t have to restock constantly, especially if you’re taking them daily. The capsules are a reasonable size for a 1000 mg fish oil and go down smoothly with water. On the plus side, it certainly feels like good value for money—and as far as I can tell, all 400 capsules really did make it into the bottle, which is always reassuring.
