Amazing device! Perfect
Amazing device. I wish I stumbled across it earlier. It has more features than a full automatic faucet setup, for a fraction of the cost. Very simple instal, good instructions, and clear manual. Putting one on every faucet in the house!

Nice, well made with good sensors
I have tested several of these addon automatic faucet sensors and this one by far is the better one. Installation is a breeze "IF" your faucet falls within their included adapters. I originally wanted it installed in my bathroom but since non of the adapters worked on my Moen faucet, I ended up slapping it on my kitchen instead. PROS: Well made and solid build. Rechargeable USB is a plus Sensors work well with hand movements Water flow is excellent with filter options CONS: Adapters do not fit all American faucets Sensors have motion hiccups at times Proximity sensors have ghost backfires where the water start to flow on and off without any motion around to trigger them. Overall it is kind of pricey but the look and feel is better than what's available at a cheaper price. Hopefully in the future it will come in a different color than pinky rose as it looks kind of odd surrounded by chrome.

Bathroom version is good while Kitchen versioncannot work
The Bathroom version works well but the Kitchen version cannot work. The faucet run out its battery within 2~3 days after full charge (the LED automatically turn off when the charge is finished), and the valve keeps switch on & off without any operation. Techo company cannot provide any support as they cannot confirm Amazon order. I would suggest other people to be very careful to buy the Kitchen version.

Easy to install, works great
Wanted to add touchless capability to our kitchen sink; this product installs in a snap and does the job. Package contains several adapters to work with internal or externally threaded faucets as well as two extra plug-in aerators. One omission from the instructions: when the unit is fully charged (after about 4 hours) the light will go out to let you know.

IT'S AWESOME EXCEPT ONE MINOR FLAW
I love the Techo Autowater K, Automatic Touchless Kitchen Faucet. First the positives. It has two sensors. One on the left side that runs the water constantly until you pass your hand over the sensor again to shut it off. The second sensor (located underneath and to the back) is on the bottom which runs the water as long as your hand is under it and as soon as you remove your hand from under the sensor the water will stop. Techo uses a charger and the charging plug is magnetic which is a cool bonus. You do have to charge it for 6 hours initially when you get it (there is a little charge in it when it arrives for you to test it out). There are 7 different color LED lights to choose from (the white flat button on top of Techo) that also has a sensor which is good for at night. Techo comes with 6 types of adapters so one of them is bound to fit your faucet (unless you have some fancy faucet). It took me a whiile to figure out which one because you have to make sure you're screwing it on straight. There is a release button on the Techo to disconnect the adapter from Techno. Techo will automatically shut off after running for 3 minutes straight. The only flaw is something that I think that Techo has just realized. The instructions say that there are only two options to use it, however, there is a third. When you use a certain combination of the top AND the lower sensors, it will INTERMITTENTLY run the water in very short spurts. It drives me crazy! You just have to play with it until you learn how NOT to do that! I haven't figured it out yet. I believe that's why the price has dropped $20. I ordered the Techo and sent it back because of that flaw. When I ordered it again, it did the same thing but not as bad as I have learned what is wrong. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. UPDATE: I (technically, my HHA Kay) discovered what the flaw is all about. If there is a plate, cup underneath the sensor that's when it INTERMITTENTLY runs the water in very short spurts. So to avoid that, make sure nothing is underneath the bottom sensor. Problem solved. You're welcome Techo and fellow Amazon shoppers :)

Served me good until...
I bought this thing back in August 2019 and it has been working smoothly until 2022 when i charge it, it looks like its charging for like a full day and its not fully charged yet then when i install it back on the sink couple days later the battery is dead and it stops working so i have to charge it again its beginning to be an inconvenient rather than to make it easier for me to use it to "save water" or to make my sink automatic. I think its a problem in the battery or charging system. I would buy it again if i knew that it wont have the same issue again.

Not worth it!
Total disappointment! I installed this device and it never operated as expected. The device goes on and off by itself! Total waste of water. I removed it after several tries and complete charging a couple of times, just in case, but my return window expired. So, I am stuck with it. It is also quite heavy, bulky and expensive compared to others ( I paid over $80.00). Its look is nice though but how does this help? I would not recommend it.

If only
I bought this in November 2019. I love it. It was simple to fit and a charge last for a long time. Almost perfect except that it always annoyed me that I lose my pullout faucet. So when I saw one of those swivel (720° -1080°) faucets, I wondered if I could fit it to the Techo Autowater faucet and I bought a couple (different types) but unfortunately, they didn't fit. I'm writing this because I could not get in touch with the company and I would like the company to produce a swivel faucet that can be attached to it. Please!!!!!

Our cat loves it. Can turn the tap on independently.
Bought this primarily for our new cat. He wouldn't drink from a bowl, only running water. We were having to get up every time he wanted a drink. As he already knew how to drink from the tap, with the adaptor, he soon learnt that his head triggered off the sensor and the water would flow. Most times after his drink, as he turns around, his tail turns off the sensor. But if not we have peace of mind that it shuts off automatically after a couple of minutes. Would highly recommend and its sorted our problem. Locating replacement filters is posing a problem. In discussion with Techo at present. Would be sensible if Amazon sold them, as they sell the adaptor.
