I recently purchased the Archoil AR9100 Oil Additive and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with its performance. The product is made of high-quality materials and has a number of beneficial properties that have significantly improved the performance of my vehicle. One of the things I appreciate most about the AR9100 is its ability to reduce friction and wear on engine components. Since using this product, I have noticed a significant reduction in engine noise and an improvement in fuel efficiency. The AR9100 also seems to be helping to extend the life of my oil, as it has been able to maintain its viscosity for longer periods of time. The only downside to the AR9100 is that it is quite expensive, especially when purchased on Amazon. While the product is definitely worth the price, I can understand why some people might be hesitant to spend so much on an oil additive. That being said, I believe that the long-term benefits of using the AR9100 more than justify the cost. Overall, I would highly recommend the Archoil AR9100 Oil Additive to anyone looking to improve the performance and longevity of their vehicle. It is a high-quality product that is sure to deliver excellent results. Just be prepared to pay a bit of a premium for it.

Archoil 9100 Works! 6.0L PSD
I bought a 2006 F250 with the 6.0L and about 380,000 miles on it! Did not have hard stiction issues but heard about this product and what it could do so i gave it a try. Background: I found out the previous owner had been using synthetic oil (dont remember the brand) after i had already put in Delo 15w-40 regular grade with my first oil change. I could tell there was something different by the first few times starting. It did not start as quickly and sometimes it would run for a second then die and would start on the next try. So i bought and added the AR9100 and added to the oil and there was a difference in starting and engine noise the next day after only running for awhile. So yes it will work with Regular grade Diesel Motor Oil also if anyone is wondering, but with the other strains this oil system goes through i wanted to use synthetic. So i wanted to see if just using Rotella synthetic T-6 5w-40 would also solve the known engine issues, so after about 1000 miles, i drained the oil and filled with just Rotella T-6. With the amount of oil that stays in the system along with the oil cooler and HEUI Pump, im sure there was still some Archoil in the system after the drain. I took a roadtrip and changed the oil at about 7500 miles with no issues and seemed to start ok. On my next oil change i stayed with the Rotella T-6 and added a fresh 16oz bottle of AR9100 to the oil. Now with the AR9100 and synthetic T-6 and i can definitely tell a difference in how easy it starts and the smoothness and quietness of the engine even more so than with just the synthetic. Within the first couple days it started easier and sounded much quieter. I could also hear the injectors cycling slowly becoming more steady and smooth like a drum roll. Before they were cycling a little erratic and lopey and didnt sound like all of them were cycling at all. Once the colder weather came i had no issues with stiction or loss of power with temps down in the 30's. I could start it and let it run a few minutes and take off no problems. I will continue to use this product in my 6.0L PSD and may try in my other vehicles to see if any difference. Also i have not compared against RevX or Hot Shots Secret but i know this stuff works and is cheaper and thats good enough for me.

This is the fix for Ford Powerstroke 6.0L stiction
I have used this twice now on my 2004 6.0L diesel. It's amazing and works when others do not. For my last oil change, I went back to a 15W-40 Amsoil product and instead of using the Archoil additive, I tried a massive amount of a competitor's product... 64 oz. of Hot Shot's Secret Stiction Eliminator . This was a royal, big mistake. The first startup was a nightmare, and I immediately blamed the new oil and the bad additive. It sounded and smelled like my truck was going to need expensive injector work, belching white smoke and stumbling like an engine that jumped a timing belt. This wasn't all... I went ahead and checked my FICM voltage, found out that it was low, and ordered a new FICM. Well, the FICM improved the stiction a lot and made cold starts better. But it didn't go the whole way, and things during this cold winter started to get bad. Every trip I took, the stiction would be obvious at low rpm and high load... around 1400 to 1900 rpm, 5th gear, 45 to 65 mph, and going up hills with around 10 psi boost. The truck shakes, the passengers ask me what's wrong, and it's just unacceptable surging until I can force a downshift. Higher rpms are generally fine (4th gear, 2300 rpm, turbo singing its tune). So after a couple of weeks of better FICM voltage, the fuel injector stiction was bad again. It was actually more noticeable once the engine was warmed up rather than cold (like with the bad FICM). It was now time for another bottle of additive, this time just 16 oz of Archoil. I checked oil, added the Archoil, and drove a little to park it at the house. The next morning was the real test. It started great, and stiction had disappeared!! Yea. By the end of the day, having driven 100 miles or so, I could tell that about 75 or 80% of the stiction was gone, with a little low rpm stiction occurring at times. By the end of a week, I would say that 95% of it is now gone. Remember, this is with an already crazy amount of another product called "stiction eliminator" that hadn't done hardly anything. 2 weeks in, and I believe that they Archaic has achieved 100% stiction elimination. So having used Archoil twice now, I'd say that it should cover 80 to 99% of the stiction in the Ford Powerstroke 6.0L diesel. It did "wear out" after a long oil drain interval for me, and it may not eliminate all of the stiction. My only alternative is to go back to the Rev-X product if this doesn't cut it. But for now, I am an Archoil fanboy, and I would recommend it. I'll leave it in the truck for another good couple of months and see if and when it "wears out" again. I'm still impressed that just 16 oz of this product did so well! (My review of the Hot Shot's Secret covers some more details.)

Archoil quieted down my 2007 5.7 Tundra with 390000 miles
I purchased this product a little over a month ago to use it on my next Oil Change in my 2007 5.7 liter Toyota Tundra with 390000 plus miles. I have used synthetic 0w 20 mobile 1 motor oil in it probably since it got over a hundred thousand miles. Over the past six months or so my engine started making a lot of racket under the hood with what seems to be a timing chain with a loose tensioner. At least that is my diagnosis based on other YouTube videos I have found with the same exact noise. It usually will quiet down once the engine warms up, but recently even that wasn't helping the sound go away so I started looking on the web for oil treatments because it just didn't seem like a normal oil change was doing the trick and looking for a possible cheaper fix because tearing apart the engine to inspect the timing chain would be at least $1,000 if not $2000 or more from a dealer. In addition to adding 9 oz of Archoil into my motor oil since that is what it recommends at 1.2 ounces per quart of oil for gasoline engines, I also decided to use 5 W 20 Mobil 1 extended range high mileage full synthetic oil in this oil change. I'm going on a little over a week now and there is no more clicking or excessive noise going on under the hood. In addition, I usually change the oil every 10,000 Miles when I use the extended-range Mobil 1 motor oil, but this last change I decided to do it early since I wanted to try Archoil out faster and change the oil at 7,000 miles. The oil was super black and now realize that it may be a good idea to start changing the oil at lower mileage intervals because the high mileage extended range motor oil to me is not going to last 20,000 miles as suggested on it's label. So going forward I will most likely start changing the oil in 5000 mile increments too just because I think it will be better on the engine and if this does keep the noise down under the hood it can only be good and give me more peace of mind. As for mileage (mpg) improvement, I have seen a little improvement. However, after an oil change I tend to see a little improvement anyways, but my Tundra on the highway is getting 20.3 miles per gallon this cool morning after driving about 35 miles with two stops along the way as I drove to work, but by the end of the day after it was averaging 18.5 by the time I got home. I wish I could say the same though for city driving, but city driving is worse and usually it brings that average down to 16 to 17 miles per gallon once I have driven on a full tank of gas. Regardless, I think those numbers are pretty good for a 2007 Tundra with over three hundred ninety thousand miles on it (see Odometer picture). If I could have any recommendations for Archoil on improvements for this product it would be to have 18 or 20 oz per bottle instead of 16, because a typical gasoline truck is going to have about eight quarts of oil in it and doing their math that will put you a little short when the next Oil Change comes around to be able to use a bottle on two oil changes. In addition, they really need to have a better View gauge on the side of the bottle with ounce markings for those of us that do not use an entire bottle in one oil change. Overall though I do believe this product has helped quiet my engine down dramatically and has improved gas mileage a little. I have attached a video that I took of my engine back in February 2021 when I first turned it on and the noise was really bad, then a few minutes later after it warmed up and the sound got a little better, then the last 10 seconds or so is after running Archoil through my engine after roughly 300 miles of driving and after the new oil change which I just did on May 16, 2021. The video speaks for itself and I can't guarantee it will do the same for you, but I'm a believer that it helped quiet down my engine dramatically. I hope this review helps someone, and hopefully it will do the same for you. Update: April 11, 2022. I've used Archoil now on several oil changes and it continues to do it's job and keep my engine noise down significantly. My engine will start "acting up" around 5,000 to 7,000 by the noise returning more frequently and know it is time for another oil/Archoil change. I've been very pleased overall and even though this is expensive I believe it is saving me a lot more than a costly repair. My Tundra now has over 414,000 miles on it and still going strong.

Amazing product - - All you need
Archoil cleans up carboned up piston rings in gasoline engines - - it's not just for diesel engines. I have noticed a difference after 1 oil change - - - - - Given our short trip driving I think we will be using this product for a while. You can get between 2-3 oil changes per bottle. With this additive. It has also quieted down my noisy valvetrain a lot. Between 5-8 db. I highly recommend it and will be buying more, especially when it goes on sale.

Works fantastic
This stuff really works great, I was very impressed. I had 2 injectors on my 6.0 suffering from stiction issues causing a rough running/misfire on both cylinders. After only driving the truck hard for an hour the misses slowly started to smooth out and both misfires went away. I will be very interested to see how the truck runs after a week of this additive working its magic!

Great product for a 2015 TDI
I just put 6 oz of this stuff into my 2015 Golf TDI with 310,000 km. I used this product with my regular oil Liqui Moly Toptec 4200 5w30. My TDI seems quieter and runs smoother at lower RPMs. This is great stuff. I'll be using it again next oil change.

An Absolute Must For 6.0L Powerstroke Owners
I cannot believe the difference this made in my 6.0L Powerstroke! I had problems with cold starts and running rough issues, I new it was the injectors again but this time I wasn't ready to tear the engine down. I heard about this product online and tried it, truck was running so bad that it would not start when cold without a bit of help from "diesel in a spray bottle" lol, So this is what I did, I changed oil to 5W40 synthetic because it sits outside and winter is coming and then added the 16oz bottle of Archoil additive then let the truck run at increased idle 1300-1500rpm for 3hrs because it ran that bad! Each time I checked on the gauges it seemed the engine was smoothing out but not 100% so I shut it off for the night to let it sit, the next day I started it without any help from "diesel in a spray bottle" but it still sounded like 1 injector was missing so again I ran it for 2hrs @ 1200rpm when I went back to check on the engine I couldn't believe what I was hearing or not hearing! This product works! My engine runs smoother quicker response on the throttle faster start ups, I've been using it for a week now and no issues with cold starting, rough idle or smoke in the morning, I will be using Archoil at every oil change interval, Thank you Archoil!
