AIKE Automatic Soap Dispenser, Stainless Steel Liquid Dispenser AK1205E

Having purchased a really rubbish soap dispenser with a manual pump that kept blocking, we are really pleased with this new gadget! It looks sleek and works brilliantly. It does require 6 batteries but hopefully these will last a long time. It looks elegant though may be slightly bulky for very small spaces. It is fairly easy to fit and refill. A good purchase and in the current climate, it's one less thing to have to disinfect once people have used it since there is no direct contact needed to dispense the soap.

Seems to be of good quality. Three levels of dispensing. Installation not to difficult. A bit noisy and takes 6 AA batteries. Hope lasts long enough. Quite pricey and somewhat bulky.

Lasted Jan21-August 23 before motor to dispense died. Sensor still working. Lovely seller sent a replacement to us. Thank you!

I purchased this item (AK1205E) at the end of August 2025, and a few days later bought a similar AK1216. They both appear to have the same mechanism. by mid December, the AK1205E has started to make a loud noise when operating. By later in January 26, after being away quite a bit from home (so not using the device), the device had got so loud that I raised the issue with AIKE customer support, having measured the noise level at 93dBel. After asking (reasonably) that I provide further information, including a video, AIKE responded that the device was functioning normally, and offering me a refund of 10% of the original cost. However, by mid February (2026), the device was even louder - I measured the sound level close up to be 103dBel. (For comparison, 100dBel is the level of noise of a chainsaw close by, and would require ear protectors to avoid hearing damage if used for long periods of time!). AIKE customer service never responded to my further complaint , so I got an Amazon refund as the dispenser was not fit for purpose. My AK1216 is working normally, so, if you buy one of these dispensers, you *might* be lucky and not get any problems - but I could not recommend them

My home is also used for business and l wanted visitors to sanitise hands before entering. Fixed this to the vestibule door (between the front door and the passage). I wanted something that was smart and not too large. This is perfect. You can also adjust amount of product that is released. Pricey but worth it, especially in a domestic setting.

Very pleased at the build quality of this soap dispenser. Programmable amount of soap dispensed. I find level 2 is adequate for hand washing and means less waste of liquid soap used Very reliable so far and easy to refill when required Maybe a little more expensive than other soap dispensers but you are paying for the quality!

Easy to fit and it works well straight out of the box. I filled it with some original carex and the preset amount is just fine. The kids love it but if you pull your hand away too soon some of the carex ends up below. A small tray or tissue soon fixes this.

Ottimo Dispeser ben rifinito ! Struttura in metallo e anche elegante , L’ho istallato a muro fuori dalla porta della mia Tabaccheria per far igenizzare le mani degli avventori, evitando di acquistare piantane a mio avviso inutili ! A chiusura dell’attività La staffa In dotazione permette di sganciarlo in maniera pratica e veloce, viceversa alla riapertura ! Si può regolare In maniera molto semplice il dosaggio che si desidera ! Peccato per il prezzo un po’ elevato, ma in questo periodo sono articoli ricercatissimi, comunque lo ricomprerei ! Con i guanti neri il sensore non legge e non eroga il prodotto ! Se lo si sgancia giornalmente consiglio di inserirlo in una busta nera dov’è resterà in stan bye senza sprecare il prodotto ! Un bel tasto per lo spegnimento sarebbe utile !

Love love love this dispenser. I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews, but decided to try it anyway. I’m so glad I did. If you follow the instructions about placement, you shouldn’t have a problem. I use it every day and not one problem. It was easy to install. I got it in white because that is my color scheme. I wanted it to blend instead of sticking out in my power room. It does.

Das Gerät macht insgesamt einen sehr hochwertigen und stabilen Eindruck. Nach meinem Eindruck handelt es sich um ein Gerät in Gastro-Qualität. Alles ist sehr robust verbaut. Wir verwenden das Gerät Zuhause und 3 Personen benutzen es mehrmals täglich zum Händewaschen. Aufbau und Verwendung in den ersten drei Monaten: Der Seifenspender wird mit der Halterung an der Wand befestigt. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind sowohl drei Schrauben als auch Kleber. Lt. Anleitung kann man da Gerät entweder mit Schrauben oder mit Kleber an der Wand befestigen. Wir haben das Gerät mit Kleber und einer Schraube (in der Fuge um nicht in die Fliesen bohren zu müssen) befestigt. Das Gerät hält so bombenfest. Sowohl der Deckel des Seifenspenders oben am Gerät um Seife nachzufüllen, als auch das Fach der Batterien unten am Gerät lassen sich optional verschließen. Dazu hat der Deckel ein eingebautes Schloss, das sich mit einem (mitgelieferten aber handelsüblichen) Sechskantschlüssel öffnen lässt. Für die Batterieabdeckung liegt eine kleine Schraube bei, mir der das Fach festgeschraubt werden kann. Wir haben beides nicht gemacht, da das in einem Privathaushalt nicht nötig ist. Beides hält also auch unverschlossen. Der Seifentank ist sehr groß und reicht uns sehr lange. Das nachfüllen geht problemlos. Wir nutzen ihn mit herkömmlicher Flüssigseife. Das Gerät benötigt 6 Mignon Batterien (AA). Wir mussten die Batterien bisher nicht wechseln. Der Auslöser funktioniert zuverlässig. Er löst immer zuverlässig aus und hat noch nie einfach so ausgelöst. Der Sensor und auch die Pumpe reagieren sehr schnell. Bei Kontakt mit dem Sensor blinkt auf der Vorderseite des Geräts eine LED einmal kurz rot auf. Die Menge der Seife ist für unseren Geschmack super. Die Seife wird "sauber" herausgepumpt, also es bleibt kein Seifenrest am Gerät kleben. Das Gerät ist auch nach drei Monaten Gebrauch noch sauber. Auch unterhalb des Geräts gibt es keine Seifenreste und Flecken die man sonst häufig sieht. Fazit: Der Seifenspender funktioniert tadellos und war einer der Besten Anschaffungen die wir die letzten Jahre gemacht haben. Genau so muss ein Seifenspender funktionieren. Es gibt wirklich einfach nichts auszusetzen. Das Gerät macht einfach genau das was es soll und macht dazu noch einen sehr hochwertigen, eleganten Eindruck.
