Can you use these replacement tips with the original s pen from the galaxy note 8?

Yes! Replacement came with tweezers to insert stylus into original s pen and works perfectly. Note it came with 2 white ups like original which I used. It also has 3 black which I have not Tried. It clicks into place.

Will these nibs work for the Note 10+ 5g pen?

Hi.! I have a note 8, and the nibs are good. If the pen works for 8-10 they should be fine. Good luck.

Is the core made of rubber?

It may be but appears harder than the originals as they make an annoying 'tapping' sound when you use them that you don't get with the originals. But they work ok.
