I've used Fabsil many times, applied properly with a brush it is very effective in waterproofing fabric. Expensive to buy in 1 litre cans, much more economical in 5 litres.

Didn't work on my Motorcycle textiles
Did this meet my expectations, no! Was it the fault of the product, probably not? This was a last ditched attempt at waterproofing my textile motorcycle suit. I read that people had tried this with some success. I am afraid I didn't have any success trying this. It applied ok, gave it plenty of time to dry off before first use and the first rainfall I was out in, it leaked as if I hadn't actually applied any proofing. Guess it's time to bite the bullet and replace the suit. I am a bit gutted being as it is just over the year old.

Canopy sealer

Fabsil macht Ihre Zeltbahn so dicht, dass Sie damit Wasser durch die Sahara von der einen Seite zur anderen Seite tragen könnten, ohne, dass ein Tropfen verloren geht! Amen

Kein Wundermittel dennoch ordentliches Ergebnis
Lieferung war top. Habe das Mittel auf verschiedenen Oberflächen ausprobiert. Rucksackregenhülle Hat super funktioniert, aber da fällt auf man muss wirklich gründlich jede Stelle erwischen über Falten mit dem feuchten Schwamm rüber zu wischen bringt nichts. Ist also sehr aufwendig aber es bei teuren Zelten bestimmt Wert. Das es genau so gut wie neu ist bezweifele ich aber. . Wanderrucksack selbst kein Effekt . sehr alte Regenjacke kein Effekt Wichtig ist das man es nur entsprechend geschützt verwendet, Handschuhe, Atemschutz (und/oder im Freien), alte Kleidung (da sehr geruchsintensiv). Dem Material genügend Zeit an einem warmen und trockenem Ort zum Trocknen und auslüften geben.
