DoP Mar2026/₹1899 My dentist asked i start with water floss. He recommended Perfora or Oracure on the prescription slip. I later learnt there were many similar options on Amazon - all similar models rebadged for India. This is just a physical water pumping device.. needn't be as specific on brand since all are Chinese made. I checked out date available and feature set, and this CS Neo seemed the best. Now the review - After 2 weeks of use, I'm very impressed. Reading about many other flossers having water leakage or weak jet or short battery life or confusing buttons, I was skeptical. This product was newer, with new buttons layout, but now i can say it makes water flossing easy and fun, and is a sure upgrade over anything else just because of its buttons. The company sent me White instead of Green colour, but other than that no complaints. Pros - usbc charging - long battery life (right out the box, it didn't run out of battery in about 8 days after which i charged it just for the sake of battery health) - mode, speed, operation, all managed through a nice button console - sturdy tank - comes with a travel pouch/cover - always stays on? It works just instantly! I'm not sure how they do it, but doing so without battery drain is amazing - 250ml is perfect volume.. for my use anything less would have made it frustrating - motor is quiet and powerful, Cons - need bigger buttons and a separate pause button - not travel friendly as it needs to be carried as a single unit , and is over a foot tall - gravity ball fails to work sometimes, so be careful towards end of water

I had an older model of oracura which was quite bad. Oracura has to be used with very little tilt because the suction pipe isn't flexible. When you use it straight water will fall on it and that got short circuited. This one is much better and is designed quite thoughtfully. 1) detachable water unit - so you can properly dry seperately. Oracura drying is difficult. It always used to have moisture. 2) you can choose your pressure level (neo model). Oracura they give you fixed levels only 3) battery levels can be checked. Oracura you have no way of knowing it. 4) battery charging has 2 different colours to let you know when it's fully charged. Oracura used to have some weird way like charging light switches off. 5) oracura the mode button was very close to power button. Sometimes I would accidentally press mode button in the middle of use. In caresmith the buttons are sufficiently far apart. I'm not sure but I've not had that kind of problem somehow. Maybe it's the grip on the model that makes it convenient. 6) oracura the nozzle was always a pain to add and remove. Even if you press the release button fully it was very hard to insert and remove. In caresmith their release button actually frees up the nozzle and you can remove it without pain. 7) you can tilt this device as shown in their YouTube videos. And it will work. The pipe inside is quite flexible and bends naturally to whatever direction you tilt so it can take water. Oracura it wasn't like this. 8) The caresmith model is supposed to have a dual layer of water protection while oracura has a single layer (as per their description). This part I have yet to see. If I run into any water resistance issues I will come back here and update my review. No updates here means it continues to work fine. Please like my review if you found it helpful. Do not buy this product , trybto buy with other company where manuklay you can easily oeparate.hwre no customer support I bought it with in one month repair , and there is no instructions how to repair etc , waste of money ..one of the worst water froseer ever I bought care smith, shame to Amazon to promoting such type of things and making fraud. Shame on you guys

I’ve been using this water flosser for nearly 5 years, and it has been a game-changer for my dental hygiene. Before this, I used regular dental floss and floss wire, which honestly didn’t do much for me—especially after eating non-veg. Food would get stuck between teeth, causing discomfort and sometimes pain, and traditional floss just wasn’t effective. The water pressure is strong enough to remove even stubborn debris, yet comfortable to use daily. Anything stuck is flushed out easily, and my mouth feels genuinely clean after every use. The battery backup is excellent—I charge it rarely—and it’s compact enough that I always travel with it. The build quality has held up well over the years, which says a lot. If you struggle with food getting stuck, gum discomfort, or feel regular flossing isn’t enough, this product is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

C'est la première fois que j'ai un jet dentaire avec une aussi faible puissance : à se demander si l'appareil n'est pas défectueux. Une fois ouvert et testé je n'ai pu le changer. Je ne le recommande pas du tout si vous appréciez un jet puissant.

The original device supplied had a minor fault with the silicon charging port cover but their support team were very quick to get an understanding of the problem and readily sent a replacement with a minimum of fuss. The press button is easy to operate and the water pressure/function settings are simple to understand. Bought as a replacement for a flosser that was returned after the operating buttons stopped working, the Caresmith Neo flosser has so far proven to be a very capable machine with good water pressure providing a good flossing experience.

Bought this after trying out the waterpik and i will say this is a great alternative for the price! Comes with so many different options. Battery and water tank last longer than the waterpik. The only thing i would recommend is different water floss pick heads with a longer spout… the one it comes with is a little short and i feel like this is the cause of water splashing easier vs the waterpik one. Still… for the price it’s worth it.

i almost fell in love with this thing, but after the 2nd time using it, i knocked it over (i'm a klutz) and the tip broke off, with part of it still in the flosser. Aside from what it takes to get that last piece out of the flosser (exactly the right tweezers and a good bit of patience), it seems impossible to find replacement tips for these. I know it comes with one extra, but an accident-prone gal like me needs to have a backup, always. So after an hour-long search on Amazon and the broader internet for replacements, I finally went to the back to the manufacturer's site (they are based in India) to submit a "support question." I asked where I could get replacement heads for it. Their support team responded, but only to ask me a question about the model. Once i answered that, they are now asking where I want to get it delivered. Do they mean what country? My address? etc. I told them I want to be able to order some for delivery in the U.S. but haven't heard back. Each time they respond, by the way, they do it at 4am my time which is likely around end of shift their time, so i have to wait a whole day for each part of this conversation. I'm frustrated and have already ordered a replacement (the MySmile brand, which has most of the features of this one plus multiple types of tips - all replaceable via multiple websites - and 50ml increased water capacity). Just beware if you anticipate ever wanting to buy more nozzle tips. UPDATE: after about a week, I heard back from support. They said they will start selling replacement tips on Amazon in the U.S. in about a month (which would be early to mid June of 2023). I don't want to wait until my return window is over to find out if they do that on time so I'm still returning this item, but you may want to make sure you check to ensure they are available before you buy this flosser.

I had one of the older models which is still included on the listing with the three button layout and blue / white design, which didnt last too long before it went faulty. This Neo version feels nicely made, has more functions and a lot (more than necessary I think) of power settings. At higher levels its extremely powerful, to the point of worrying I would damage my gums, but towards the lower end its still a strong jet and effective but not too aggressive. It was almost impossible to not switch the old one on by mistake , then drenching the room, this is a much better control panel which requires you to hold on the On button for a second or two. Pleased so far, but too early to tell overall, but also very good value in comparison to others available.
