How easy would it be to move this around as i want it centered on my patio when used and put in the corner when not used

Easy to move for two people. Better to pick it up so it doesn't mark the patio or deck.

Does it draw air well and vent out of the top, or is it prone to allowing smoke in the faces of those around it?

Thank you for your inquiry on our product. The concave roof and long flue are designed to collect and draw the smoke up and out of the top. By using very dry wood or charcoal the amount of smoke will be reduced.

What are the dementions?

51 inches bottom of feet to the top of the chimney. The 'firebox' is appx 22 inches in diameter on the inside and about 14-15 inches from grate to start of chimney. The unit burns well. I burn small logs and they are usually completely consumed. I'm quite satisfied with mine.

When we received our fireplace it came with a list of replacement parts. You should be able to contact Deckmate and get the list of items that can be purchased for replacements.
