Does a "leg" here mean leg and thigh, or just the lower "drumstick"?

Hi There, it's leg and thigh, and there is 4 in a can.

Anyone have suggestions on cooking? i tried in the skillet but the skin didn’t crisp very well. curious about oven prep? skin up? down? temp?

I place them skin side up on a small elevated wire rack, which itself is placed on a foil lined cookie sheet. This goes into the oven just above the middle rack and then broil on LOW until to skin is brown and crispy. Comes out perfect every time!
