Part of Samsung TV may not display the image, especially Samsung TV which is 50Hz The PS2 must be seted up for Component Video Output (YPBPR) as sed to RGB output before use. 3. * First, you need change to "Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr" in PS2 setting. If you have TV with AV input socket, please connect the PS2 to the TV via the composite AV cable, turn on PS2 and enter the menu of component video output setting, change the PS2 from RGB to Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr. After set, turn off the PS2, remove the AV Cable, plug the HDMI Converter into the PS2 and connect the HDTV via HDMI Cable. Use the included USB cable to connect the HDMI Converter to the PS2 Front USB port or a USB wall adapter to power it. Then it is ready to work. 4. * If your TV only have HDMI port, you have to set the setting blind, I know you can't see the screen, but it is possible. After plug the HDMI converter and connect included USB Cable to PS2 Front USB Port, please turn on the PS2 with NO disc inserted and wait 1 min to allow it to start up. Then on the first controller press DOWN, X,DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, X, LEFT, X. (Do this SLOWLY) Press one button, wait for 5 seconds or more, then press next button. After do that, restart the PS2, if your TV have picture, then HDMI converter is ready to work.
