I purchased this Bajaj heater less than a month ago, and one of the heating rods has already stopped working. While the product comes with a 2-year warranty, the after-sales service is absolutely pathetic. A technician visited my home, identified the faulty rod, and performed a "temporary fix." He promised to order a replacement part and collected the closure OTP from me right then. The heater stopped working again within 30 minutes of him leaving. Despite sending video proof to the technician and being promised a new rod, my service request was automatically closed. Now, I am unable to claim the warranty or get the rod replaced. The service team essentially tricked me into closing the ticket without fixing the issue. I strongly advise against buying Bajaj heaters due to this dishonest service experience.

Lasted only 2 yrs, first one of the rod stopped working and recently both did. There is a reason they give 2 yrs warranty, because the product is made to last only that long. Not worth the price of 1.6 k

I purchased this in 2019, and it's working properly. Now, in 2026, its switch is not working, although I didn't use its switches from day one. Instead, I used to turn it on and off directly from the switchboard. Overall, a good product, but it needs care because the rods are sensitive. Where can I repair it? Kindly help. This is the best, and everything that the product description says. It has two modes, quite discrete, unlike a fan regulator. So the lower mode is 1000W and the second one is 2000W and for most of the Nov and Dec north winters, it will work for a 1 closed room. 2000W is a little too much for one room but can work fine for a hall/living area or a bigger room. It is indeed lightweight and makes zero noise. It is literally a modern Bhatti, electric angeethi and digital aalaav. It's fire in the room without the worry of any fire hazard emergency.
