The replacement filters work perfectly and are easy to install/ replace. The water quality is great and personally only need to replace every 8-12 months. The only thing that could make it better is if they did a return service to recycle the old ones.

Filter works very well. Wish the cartridge was a bit less expensive

I've owned the Frizzlife under sink filter for over 6 years now and have been pleased with its performance overall in filtering water for drinking and cooking. It connects easily under most sinks and the installation directions are straightforward. The filter itself seems well-constructed and I've never had leaking issues. When I initially received this FZ-2 replacement filter, one of the internal filter parts actually came cracked and damaged. However, to Frizzlife's credit, as soon as I contacted them, they shipped out a replacement filter right away at no charge. Their customer service was excellent in resolving the defective product issue. Beyond that initial defective filter I received, the replacements have performed reliably. The water flow rate is decent. My only complaint is that compared to some other brands, the Frizzlife filters seem to lose effectiveness fairly quickly - usually lasting 4-5 months for me versus 6-12 months for more expensive under sink systems. But they are affordably priced, especially for replacement filters. Taking everything into account after 6 years of use, I'm giving it 4 stars. Frizzlife makes a good, budget-friendly option for filtered water with excellent customer service. Just be aware the filters may not last quite as long as premium brands. But for the price, it's a worthwhile system in my opinion.

I have the step one system and find that these ones replace very quickly and easily. Don't throw away the tool that works like a wrench as it is really hard to grasp otherwise. I never had a problem with this product and a minute you turn the water back on the air makes a sound and it takes a little bit to blow out all the air then you get a nice flow of water without chlorine. I bought this product before and I will buy it again.

I've had two other systems in the past. For the last 3 years I've been using this Frizzlife quick-change under sink system for drinking water. It was easy to install, though I used the threaded hose versions which seem easier to me. Our water in the Sante Fe Irrigation District is already fairly clean, but has higher levels of dissolved minerals (hard water), so my main concern to remove was chlorine taste and heavy metals that might occur. This filter did the job, no chlorine smell or taste, and the general taste of the filtered water is superior to our regular tap water. It does the same job as filter systems that I paid twice the price for replacement filters. I recommend this for what it purports to do.

INSTALL: Easy install (must drill 1/2” hole for faucet). Everything else, including 2-way valve and plumbers tape is included. Needed a wrench and a drill and everything was done in under 1 Hour. WATER QUALITY: Drinking water is fantastic, tastes clear and clean, highly noticeable improvement from tap water AND from filtered fridge water. SPACE: Even though the filter is significantly larger than fridge systems, it is considerably smaller than some of the more advanced systems of this type on the market. I did not lose any usable space in my under-sink cabinet. CITY WATER: Note, I’m on city water, not well-water. Hate the taste of the water and like the extra protection of filtering the water further at my home. FRIDGE WATER FILTER PUMP BROKE: Bought this when my fridge water filter pump broke, and won’t go back to fridge-filtered systems. The filter on this system is considerably larger than the expensive/short-life fridge filters, and works substantially better (at least by taste). It also has a faster flow rate than the fridge filter system. Easier to fill large containers like a coffee pot because of flow rate and space. Need more time to really evaluate the system durability and long term performance , but 1-week in, it’s a great addition to the kitchen.

Der Unterschied im Wasser ist deutlich: Der Kalkgehalt wird spürbar reduziert – das merkt man sowohl an Haushaltsgeräten als auch geschmacklich. Auch wenn Kalk nicht direkt gesundheitsschädlich ist, schmeckt das gefilterte Wasser einfach frischer und angenehmer. Zudem filtert das System laut Hersteller auch andere Rückstände heraus, was für uns ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist. Insgesamt ein zuverlässiger Filter, der sich für unseren Alltag wirklich bewährt hat. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihr Leitungswasser geschmacklich aufwerten möchten.

Ormai sono cliente FrizzLife da circa 2 anni. È una delle poche aziende a cui è stato attribuito il codice NSF/ANSI 53 oltre il NSF/ANSI 42 che hanno la maggior parte delle aziende. Il 53 in questione, filtra agenti dannosi per la salute come i metalli pesanti, a differenza del 42 che hanno tutti. Io ho il dispositivo MK99, facile da pulire e sostituire i filtri in questione. Io personalmente avendo anche una neonata in arrivo, lo consiglio vivamente. Sostituisco i filtri di media ogni 6 mesi e da quando li ho non potrei più farne a meno, non bevo più acqua in bottiglia e quindi non ingerisco più plastica, ma soprattutto non devo più farmi due rampe di scale per portare le casse di acqua in casa, per non parlare poi di circa 60 euro spesi al mese in casse d’acqua. Vi lascio le foto del filtro vecchio e nuovo dopo 6 mesi di utilizzo. Ah, il sapore dell’acqua non sa più di cloro e ferro ma uguale all’acqua che bevevo di note aziende in bottiglia.

En principio un sistema muy bueno. Sin embargo, cuando cambié el cartucho por primera vez después de 7 meses, empezó a gotear. Parece que la junta de la tapa está defectuosa. Sería estupendo si la junta pudiera pedirse por separado o se incluyera con cada cartucho nuevo.
