A must have camping accessory
I first purchased this 7 years ago after trying out my friends during a camping trip. This completely changed how I went about camping. My hammock has been used very heavily and has never let me down. The materials are quality, continuing to be in great condition after such heavy use. The mosquito net has kept me protected in the heat of summer. The straps are the best hammock straps I've ever used. The rain fly is a life saver on a rainy night, and can be ditched to save weight when the forecast is looking good. This is incredibly compact and comfortable especially without the rain fly. I will say, if you are planning to use this on a chillier night (~45 degrees or less) using a ground pad under you inside the hammock is a must. Without it there is no insulation between you and the chilly air.

This hammock is really something special
I don’t want to give an unnecessary story, but my parents take their nice trailer up and down the Oregon Coast at all times of year; and I bought this hammock so I would not have to bring a tent to visit them on a camping trip. First day I set it up was super simple. Hammock comes with everything you need to set up the rain fly and raise the mosquito net. Packaging was great when it arrived, and I love that there are separate bags for straps and cords, another for rainfly and stakes, and a larger one that packs everything neatly. Feels very organized. Super lightweight, but feels really durable. The rain fly is very well water-proofed and the seams sealed. I love the orange color. Took an extremely comfortable nap. My dad wanted to test it out too. Came back from his nap and told me HE WAS KICKING ME OUT OF THE HAMMOCK INTO THE TRAILER. My father spent the whole trip preferring the hammock, saying it’s better sleep than he’s had on a bed ever, and that his back and neck do not get stiff. Nights on the Oregon Coast get pretty chilly and wet (sometimes aggravating the soreness of old injuries), but he brought a sleeping bag into the hammock and says that the rain fly traps so much body heat that it is warmer that the trailer. Asked me if he could use it for their next trip a few weeks later. Next time I visited my parents, he is adding hooks to the ceiling of their guesthouse so he can buy the exact same hammock to use at home, only because my mother won’t let him replace their bed with hammocks. I have still not spent the night in it, but the few hours I got to try it were delightful. Of all the hammocks I’ve had, this one is especially comfortable. Really hoping to get my hammock back when my father gets his.

A great starter set up
I recently used it for a five day trip and overall love it. A few improvements, but I would recommend it. I didn’t want to buy a top brand until I knew I liked this set up for camping. Pros: cost, size when packed, tree straps, fly guy lines, stakes, durable material. Rain fly seams are tapped. Easy set up and straight forward instructions. Cons: I added a line of 550 to The fly as a ridge line for added support. I’m 5’9” and 150# and found it a bit tight in the shoulders even with an air pad and laying at an angle. Zipper started slipping slightly after the second night, but still held together okay.

First Tent Hammock Experience ☺️
Wonderful hammock! It held my weight well, and was able to sleep on my side of course had to do carefully, lol. The straps are sturdy and well made. I of course for my instructions but was able to figure it out, later I found out I was pretty close. If you plan to use hammock in cooler or colder weather a sleeping bag would be a must since the cool or cold weather rises under you and the parachute material is thin and allows it to get cold quickly. The rain tarp is huge so worries if getting wet.

Good value buy
I took this hammock backpacking for a couple of days and it is fantastic. Really easy to set up and fairly comfortable. I slept very well in it. It was light in my pack and fit well once I took it out of the larger bag and fit the 3 smaller bags in my pack.

The best for the prices.
Inside the package you got what you need to do some hammocking. The range to hang it is between 3-5 meters. The best thing about it is that you can pack it back to all the bags it came in (for most products it's pain in the back). All lines, hangers and carabiners included. You do not need to buy anything else. If you plan to sleep when it's 15 deg C or less ... get underquilt ... it's different experience than sleeping in the tent on the insulating matt. But for this price you can't find anything better.

Not bad for the price but could use some improvements.
I needed a new hammock in a pinch for a short notice night hike. This hammock seemed to fill the qualities I was looking for at an acceptable price and arrive before I needed it. I set it up in my back yard to familiarize myself with it before taking it out on the trail. For my likes: The setup was quick and "fairly" painless. The comfort level was acceptable at the price point for a 5'10" person at 200lbs. There were no apparent defects in the stitching. For my dislikes: As stated in other reviews the metal buckles on both tree straps were installed backwards. It was an easy fix for me to simply slide off the strap and reinstall them in the correct position. This would be more painful if I was trying to do it in the dark. The fabric and tree straps had more stretch than I anticipated. I had to hang it nearly 3' up to prevent it from touching the ground. This was even after giving firm pulls on the hanging straps. The hammock itself nearly encapsulates me when inside due to the stretch. The insect screen seems like it will work well, but since the hammock nearly engulfs you, much of the screen is not utilized. The bungee string to hold it off your face works, but it is simply elastic string wrapped in thread. The thread showed fraying after the first hang and I do not expect it to last very long, but it would be easily replaced. The rain guard was difficult to get taught. I would expect rain to pool in the middle and drip through with anything greater than a light rain. Finally, recommended improvements: A higher quality bungee for the bug screen, a better design for the rain guard or a middle loop to pull the center up, a higher quality storage bag. (It was easy to repack keeping it tight enough for space management, but loose enough to make repacking quick.) My concern though is that I fear it might be easily ripped on a small snag while on the trail. My last recommendation would be to possibly use a double loop system on the ends to keep it from closing up while occupied. Other than those issues, I will monitor the performance overnight.

Works exactly like they say it should.
I've used this for a few months now and I can say it is a great product. I feel like what I paid, three jacksons, was a great price for it. I've used it at the beach, the lake, and at home, all places in the rain and wind. It kept me dry and bug free every time. I don't have any complaints and would buy again in a minute.

8/10

Good for the money
I have used these a few times now and they are good. The mosquitos will bite you through it. A blanket underneath you or pad will help with that.

Excellent product
my only gripe after single use, some loose threads close to the zipper can get tangled when zipping/unzipping. The quality of the fabric is excellent though. easy to setup and use, protects against mosquitos well if setup correctly Very comfortable and feels sturdy, despite being light weight

Excellent produit pour relaxer
Enfin un produit tel que décrit. Vraiment meilleur que celui de Firiner lequel manquait le 3/4 des morceaux. Vaut le prix!

Nice hammock!
I love this hammock. Ive used this over the past weekend, this being my first time sleeping in a hammock i spent some time to properly teach myself how to properly hang this hammock prior to going camping. I realized that it is simple very quick assembly less hassle then a tent even. Also you'd be suprised how difficult it is to find flat ground, while carrying a tent, sleeping pad, etc. Bottom line this hammock is much more then i would have hoped. The only recommendation i could give really is get a good length of paracord to tie a solid ridgeline for your tarp. For some reason this kit does not include it and the fact i could hang my backpack from the ridgeline and still have a solid tarp to protect from the elements. Good quality i would order again.
