Didnt want to take on empty stomach but one day I did just to see (masochist!) Anyway, no problems at all. No fishy aftertaste AT ALL. Nothing. These are top quality. Very smooth so easy to take despite being fairly sizable. Can't yet report back on efficacy as I've not had a follow up blood test yet. I will come back and edit if they've done nothing!

I have been using these for about 2,5 months now, I started taking them to look after my overall health. I chose this brand as they are certified and because the packaging (single capsules in blisters) would prevent any sticking together which I saw may happen with other brands. I have been taking them with my lunch and never had any fishy aftertaste. I haven't noticed any difference though since I started taking them. Not sure if I should as I am not treating any deficiency, but I was hoping for something. I will probably give them another month or two and if still no difference I may stop them as they are quite pricey.

Sto usando le capsule Omegor Vitality 1000 da qualche settimana e devo dire che mi trovo molto bene. La prima cosa che ho notato è quanto siano facili da deglutire: le perle softgel non lasciano alcun retrogusto e risultano leggere anche per lo stomaco, cosa che non sempre è scontata con gli integratori di olio di pesce. Mi sento più energica e concentrata nelle attività quotidiane, e sapere che ogni capsula contiene una buona quantità di EPA e DHA mi dà sicurezza sul supporto che sto dando al mio cuore, al cervello e alla vista. La certificazione IFOS a 5 stelle è un ulteriore elemento di tranquillità: so che sto assumendo un prodotto puro, controllato e privo di metalli pesanti. Un dettaglio che apprezzo molto è il confezionamento: le capsule sono singolarmente protette nel blister, quindi arrivano fresche e integre. Considerando qualità, purezza e facilità di assunzione, ritengo che questo integratore offra un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Cada perla es bastante concentrada (EPA y DHA en dosis altas), y además vienen con vitamina E, lo que ayuda a mantener su frescura. Me ha gustado que no repiten ni dejan mal sabor, cosa que me había pasado con otras marcas. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar y el envase viene bien precintado. El precio puede parecer un poco más alto que otras opciones, pero creo que compensa por la pureza y la certificación que ofrecen.
