My wife was over the moon with this gift. Platinum and gold plating for that price, was a steal. The pen is heavy, and obviously of high quality. It did take a while, but not nearly as long as the the two months they say it would take. We received ours in a few weeks. It came exactly as described, complete with all the fine handcrafted detail.

I have a lot of pens, usually more expensive than this beauty, but it can be compared by its comfort, beauty and design. Absolutely recommended when you love to write with an exclusive pen, without overpaying for it. The weight is perfect balanced, like a Mont Blanc, for a relaxed way of writing.The only problem I have, I might want more, because there is so much choice.

Beautiful pen! Purchased for a graduation gift. Writes like silk. The graduate loved it. Thinking of purchasing another for my husband as he really loved the weight in his hand.

I ordered this pen based on the other reviews and the different design, and I am a bit disappointed, it's definitely priced similar to a Pelikan pen but doesn't feel as well balance or substantial as those pens. The refill is also a little loose compared to the diameter of the pen hole making it less stable than other fine pens I own.
