Scart to HDMI Converter for TV, Scart Input HDMI Output Converter(Only Power Cable Included)

Worked a treat once I worked out what the short cable was meant to do

Works just fine, fit the scart from my dvd into the device,fit the hdmi lead into the tv and the other end of the cable to the box device and connect the usb into the tv and the power end into the box and ready to go. decent quality and does the easy fix as advertised , happy i can use both, my new smart 4k tv and good picture quality on my 6 year old dvd player .

Bought this device to connect my old DVD player to my new 4k TV that doesn't have a Scart socket. We don't buy DVDs these days so it was not worth buying a new player. Device arrived on time, was very easy to set up and worked first time. Picture quality is good considering that the device is converting an analogue signal to a digital one followed by upscaling by the TV. Sound quality is good too. So far so good. Worth the money if you are making use of older equipment. If you want 4k quality buy a new player.

Made up with this! This was the 3rd attempt to get a device that would allow me to use my old dvd and sound system I've had since God was a lad. The issue was that I had an RCA (red,white and yellow phono plugs) with scart connector and no scart anymore on the TV. This has worked, where previous devices left the 'weak or no signal' notification on screen. The picture quality isn't amazing but I expected that as the inferior feed to superior TV was never going to make the step up. But honestly I'm not fussed; I have my system working again and no longer obsolete. 😍

Works great. A potential downside would have been that the usb cable used to power the device was too short, but if there’s a port on the TV in question, the cable reaches it no problem.

Product arrived promptly and was easy to set up with my old dvd player. It worked perfectly. Clear picture, good sound etc. Problem is, it has now stopped working. I have checked, and the dvd player is still working and will still connect to an older tv direct via scart, so it must be this converter. Power light comes on, but no signal received to tv. So in summary, It did work perfectly, But not for long!!

Excellent gadget. Recently bought a 4K TV which does not have a scart slot. Most of the convertors were either very expensive or had a number of poor wright ups. This seems to be the best of the bunch and I was not let down. Very simple to connect with a scart lead to the DVD player/Recorder and HDMI lead to the TV with the power coming from a USB port on the TV.. The picture is not 100% but as the recordings on the Player are not really up to modern standards. Very well satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend.
